I reserved a movie online and forgot that it had a credit card under my acct that is no longer active. I updated*added my NEW credit card info AFTER I had already made the reservation which was using **** of my points for a free movie. I went to pick up the reserved movie and it told me that I didn't have a reservation and that is possibly because I had changed my credit card information (which is exactly what happened). I did end up renting the movie and using **** of my points to get the movie free. SO....the "reservation movie" will never be picked up because it's under my OLD credit card number, therefore I will lose **** of my points which is a free night rental. Is there a way to put those points back into my acct since I couldn't pick up that reservation?
