I was trying to persuade your company to charge to more realistic prices for "On Demand" movie streaming. ... Want to make more sales?**Your movie streaming service is too expensive!*It's almost the price of DirecTV to watch their steaming videos (and we've never used DTV's movies). Your streaming prices also discriminates against shut in's, cripples, house-bound elderly people. After all, these people are mostly stuck on menial Social Security pensions. And, the Gov't doesn't (for the most part) give out raises that keeps up with the constant rising prices. **Bring down your streaming prices, and more likely, your sales will increase, since more people will be able to afford your streaming services.**So, speaking for us, (* Senior Citizens). We have no choice but to limit our rentals, and will only be using the "Red Box's" kiosks. Bring down the streaming prices, and we may just watch more streaming movies. When the time comes that we can no longer travel to a kiosk (due to old age), that's when we will cease to watch any movies.*That is unless you do something about your streaming prices. Lower the streaming prices!
This is frustrating because it discriminates on the aged who can't travel to a kiosk, cripples, low incomes or minimal pensions. The price is too high.
Simply make "On Demand" movie streaming prices on par with renting at a Red Box kiosk. Meaning, lower the prices on BluRay, and streaming services.
At least ** years as customers.
I'ts up to the Red Box company to fix this. I can only suggest a solution. They need to follow up on this.
