My boyfriend and I went to go rent movies from the Walgreens up the street from our house. There are two red box machines outside of this Walgreens. We went to Redbox A and rented two movies, monster party and airstrike, while we were checking out, I scanned my credit card, got all the way where you put in your ZIP code and the machine froze. We waited there for a while, but we are in a winter weather watch, it's snowing and cold outside. We waited a little longer, but the machine never unfroze. So we went to machine next to it which is Redbox B, we rented the same two movies with the same credit card ending in ****. I'm worried that the machine is going to unfreeze and someone's going to either get the two movies if the transaction completes or use my credit card information, if it's still on there even the machine becomes unfroze. I came straight home and called Redbox customer service at **:**p.m. I began talking to a lady, I told her my issue, and she asked me for the last four digits of my card, I gave them to her and then the phone call disconnected. So I proceeded to call back, when a message came on saying that the store Redbox customer service was now closed. Confusing seeing how I just talked to a customer service representative and give her the last four digits of my card. Please email or call me Immediately.
