Trying to watch the movie. Could not get it to play on multiple devices. I would like them to give me a credit for this movie, a refund to try again, send me the movie and I will return just whatever works but I want to see the movie. ... We rented a movie called everyday and tried to play it in two different players and it kept giving us a disc error. We know not the systems because we purchased two other movies as well and they played. We just returned the movie so that we would not be charged another day but would like to watch the movie. Not so much interested in a refund persay just want to watch the movie we wanted to watch. We cleaned it per instructions that pop up in issues with Redbox movies. I actually had time to sit down and watch it with the whole family which is hard to do.
Already stated, somehow give me access to the movie I wanted to watch. Thing being it needs to correlate with our schedules so we all have time to watch it.
We rent movies very often!
Tried multiple DVD players, computer player etc.
I have an issue with Redbox too
