We were prompted to get a second movie for ** cents after purchasing the one we wanted...so we decided to get a movie for our kids. Then we only got the kids movie an the machine said the money would be credited back to my fiancee's card and it never was. I would like the money back on his card an a free rental code or if it can't be put back a couple free rentals would b nice for the inconvenience this happened over a week ago....
