On ***** at *:**am I recieved an email from Redbox to rent one get one free with code *****FZK. I am also a T-Mobile customer who gets free stuff every Tuesday on my T-mobile Tuesday app. So on ******** I had recieved a code from T-mobile for a free Redbox movie the code was P*L*JG*T. I was making dinner, I called my wife at work, and asked if she was up to watching * movies. I rented two movies. First I used my rent one get one code from Redbox *****FZK then Just before check out, I used my free T-mobile Redbox code P*L*JG*T and checked out. I’ve done this before in the past no problem. When I checked out it didn’t show a zero balance, but it noted the movies were ready for pick up. I checked my bank acct. and Redbox had already taken the funds from my acct.! I called Redbox and explained what happened. The representative who I spoke to told me the Redbox offer code was for **cents off! I said it was I rent one get one. He disagreed with an attitude and told me the T-Mobile code was invalid! I asked for a supervisor, and was given a name and then asked his name he said it was Robert from the Philippines. He said he would give me * credit? I said to him why? I used two codes so I should get * free codes because you charged my acct.! He then said I’ll just refund your money back into the acct. which will take a certain amount of days up to almost ** days. I told him he was rude and I would like to speak to a supervisor. He hung up on me!!! I never got a email stating either a refund, or * codes because I was charged for those movies. Besides ending up burning our dinner, which should have not happen, had the guy not been such an *** who appearantly doesn’t like his job at Redbox. I thought I could speak to someone in the US. But when I google the US address, it was the same number over seas. Please respond and correct what happened. I been a loyal customer with Redbox for quite some time now. I realize in this climate of the country now loyalty doesn’t mean a **** thing anymore. I do have Amazon Prime video and Netflix so if this is not resolved I will no longer rent from Redbox.
