Help with my Redbox issue
The issue in GetHuman-sthowenh's own words
* issues: *First, on ******** my credit card ending in **** was charged twice in FL for a PS* game. I discovered this on my credit card. I live in NH and do not own any game consoles. Looking at my transaction history would show this. The charges are *.** each in Transaction numbers ********** and **********. I would obviously like these charges refunded immediately. I would also like the credit cards associated with my account removed from this account. *ISSUE * - I called customer service at **:**am on ******** to discuss this and the customer service person was rude to me and hung up on me without resolving my concerns.
GetHuman-sthowenh did not yet indicate what Redbox should do to make this right.
