Use my *-college credit card and my Bank of America ... I have been consistently using a couple of credit cards for redbox purchases connected to my gmail account for a couple of years now. I was never able to attach the cards to this account as remembered payment sources, I think because they were attached to a previous AOL email account with redbox. I had quit using the AOL because I was unable to get into my account to reserve and repeated attempts at sending me emails to update*change password were unsuccessful and never got to me.* Now, with what appears to be a new format, I am unable to use these cards anymore with the gmail account unless I store them with redbox, but system will not accept. I have stored a different, third card, but do not want to use that one on a regular basis. A call to the Call Center resulted in me being told I never used the one card I use the most and I should check with my bank as redbox doesn't have the power to deny cards! There is no problem with bank and I have already used that card for at least * redbox purchases in the last * weeks!* Thank you, Phyllis Wanat*P*****@***.com*I would like to be able to add cards to my "new" account that I had used on old account
That I have consistantly used these cards in past and they are in good standing
Work with me to link card with my current account
I have been a customer for over ten years and rent * or more movies a week. I will no longer use their services if I can't use my preferred cards.
