I went to pick up my disc and the machine said retrieving then it said sorry we had a problem try again later. Tried again and it said we do not have a reservation for you. Disc must be somewhere else. Came home and I was at correct location. I did not receive the disc and now I am on eternal hold. Please make sure you credit points back to my account and do Not charge my card as though I received this disc
