Get my $ refunded. ... On **** *** I was charged a fee of $*.** . I only purchased one movie on that date. Also **** one for $*.** I didn't rent that day.*I see the charge on my credit card statement. I'd like to know what I need to do to resolve this issue and get my money refunded back to my card please. I have never had this happen before and I have used many cards at Redbox, for many years.
