I was charged $**.** from my primary checking account today due to an unauthorized use of my debit card onMay *th. I was unaware of this use being as though I have multiple cards in my possession but only utilize a prepaid debit card due to a breach of security at your boxes not having a process of making people use a pin to match the cards versus allowing people to just swipe any card and have no preventive measures to assure that no one else can just swipe and obtain dvds without consent. I feel by changing your purchase security others will not be victimized. I have contacted my bank institution and they are working diligently to work with you to refund and stop further transactions by blocking my card. If you need further assistance on my behalf please do not hesitate to call **********.
