I was trying to straighten out my account or renewal as I paid it by check and they kept billing me! They provide no phone number that I could find IN the magazine (that would have been a big help). I think I found a phone number on their website, but I did find one and the problem was solved when I called! ... How many $**.** do you want? I sent in one check for that amount for my subscription and a free guest subscription and now you sent me Another invoice for more. Exactly how much is a * year subscription???
This was extremely frustating because no note I sent seemed to resolve the problem. A simple phone call did it and so why keep it a secret?!
I did get it resolved with the phone number as she checked my account and said it was paid in full! I am not sure that "get human" did anything with the company, but the phone call resolved it.
Oh, gosh, I have been a customer for YEARS, so long I can't even remember when I started it.
Yes, I think I looked on their Website to GET a phone number and that was all it took.
