I was trying to get the second charge on my credit card removed ... I have been billed twice for subscription.... on same day.... Hazel Kaletta, ****St Charles PL * ***, Pembroke Pines, FL *****. Plus, cost was for more than I thought it would be. Please correct this and notify me of action taken.

I do not remember how long I have been subscribed to Reader's Digest this time, but have been a life long reader of Reader's Digest with much fondness for this magazine. I used to carry it in my purse for wait time during many appointments, etc. Before cell phones so you know how long I have purchased Reader's Digest whether subscription or at newstand.
I have spend hours on the computer today attempting to resolve this issue. I discovered the second billing on the **th when Capital One indicated that the bill was pending. At the same time discovered that I had ALREADY been billed for my subscription.
