The issue in GetHuman-mapolley's own words
I placed an order for a * yrs. subscription for Reader's Digest. When it posted my payment, it had only made my order for * yr.*I then did a live chat with a customer rep. I do have a copy of the chat. He told me that he would cancel the * yr. subscription and then I could reorder for the * yr. subscription. I have had no indication that the order was cancelled. I only got the copy of the chat.
GetHuman-mapolley did not yet indicate what Reader's Digest should do to make this right.
