Hello,**I purchased my Razer phone * via my network operator Three Ireland last Thursday ********, I contacted your support team today via live chat regarding an issue I was having to get the phone to charge wirelessly. I explained that the phone was not charging using my Belkin wireless charging pad I had tried moving the phone to multiple positions to get it to charge with no success. To rule out the possibility that the charging pad was defective I tested it with * other phones and they charged perfectly with no problems I also changed the USB power supply to the pad to rule out a defective cable but nothing worked.**When I explained my issue to the agent on live chat he*she suggested that I try another wireless charger I informed the agent that this was the only wireless charger that I possessed so this wouldn't be possible. After a few minutes the agent came back and said that my phone was only compatible with the Razer chroma wireless charger and if I wanted to use the wireless charging feature I would have to purchase one otherwise he*she told me to use a cable to charge my phone.**To say I am annoyed is an understatement, I spent a lot of time researching this phone before I purchased using reviews from reliable tech youtubers like Unbox Therapy, Linus tech tips and Marcus Brownlee. I also read a lot of online articles from tech journalists reviewing the phone. At no point did any of these reviews mention that the phone was only compatible with the €*** Razer wireless charger. I also checked my network providers website and it doesn't say it in the spec list but the biggest insult is that it is mentioned no where on your own website! **This to me is blatant false advertising there isn't even an asterisk in the spec list on your website to warn the customer that they might need to read the small print (if it existed) as regards wireless charging. This is an €*** device and you expect customers to hand over another €*** to access a feature that you are advertising. When did Razer become Apple???? **As a customer I feel cheated and conned by your company. I am now stuck with a device that I paid €*** and I am tied into a * year contract at €** per month. If I had known that I wouldn't have been able to use the wireless charging feature I would have went with a lesser brand phone like the Xiaomi pocofone F* and been contract free. **Your companies slogan is "By gamers for gamers" I think I would be hard pushed to find any gamer to buy into this apple iSheep like con. **I await your response to to this issue,**Trevor Flanagan
