Ordered prescription sunglasses on ******, and uploaded the prescription (.pdf) to the website, as directed. Customer Service had asked for the prescription several times since then saying they can't open the document, which I've now provided * additional times via separate means (as requested): Re-uploaded .pdf to site, picture attached to email response (as requested), and .pdf to email response. I receive contact from them *x*per week since the order - at best. The web-chat submission button doesn't work, and I was on hold for over * hour yesterday awaiting assistance. I called this morning at *:** am (when they open) and am still receiving the recording that "all associates are assisting other callers". It's IMPOSSIBLE to connect with someone or get a response in a reasonable timeframe. I'm beyond frustrated. This has been a horrible customer experience.
GetHuman-joelle_b did not yet indicate what Ray Ban should do to make this right.
