Dear Rayban **It is with great disappointment that I write this email to you. I have been an advocate for Rayban for the past ** years and I have purchased and worn your glasses with pride for leisure and sporting events with confidence. *The time has now come whereby I need to question my loyalty to the quality of your products which has left me without eye protection on several occasions when I most needed them. *On a recent trip (Feb) to Vegas to celebrate my **th Birthday I was wearing a pair of RB**** which I only purchased on a family holiday in berlin in Oct ****. I wore the glassed for a whole day without any problem, the following day I noticed that they felt loose on my head and when I removed them the right-hand arm just came away, the retaining ***** was missing. *Ii visited a local Sun Glasses Hut who were unable to help me with a quick repair and I was not in a position to purchase yet another pair of sun glasses. So I headed back to the hotel and had to use a sewing kit to “sew” the arm back to the frame for the duration of my stay in Vegas. *Needless to say, this made me self-conscious and subject to some interesting looks and ridicule from other people. *My previous pair of Rayban’s were RB**** which I loved due to the light weight frame and looks, these were purchased again whist on a family holiday to Gran Caneria. Whist on my Older brothers **th Birthday in Mumbai the right-hand lens fell out and landed on the floor, it was unusable after this and the glasses were now redundant and I ended up buying a replacement pair from duty free on my way back home. *This is just two examples of product quality and failure which have left me out of pocket for a significant amount of money and I don’t think I can continue with purchasing any more products from your range with confidence. *I use my glasses every day whist out driving or cycling and I thought that I would write to you to see if you could restore my confidence in your products. *Thank you for taking the time to read my email.
