TND *** has frozen up. It will not even communicate with the Dock. It began by freezing at a location, and not moving from that location. I tried pressing the reset, rebooting, and running the diagnostic, without success. I have had this unit in for repair previously Re: connection issues. I am a Certified Driver Coach, and recommend the Rand McNally to new trainees. Now, I am less certain that I should.
I trust that Rand McNally will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
