We feel we were over charged for * nights, in a room that had mice running around . We did not see the live mice , but after the second time our crackers were eaten on a new unopened roll, we informed cleaning lady but did not speak English. on the last night we put all food and belongings away and in the car .In the morning I discovered we still had the brown bag the food was in and saw n bottom ,cracker pieces and mice droppings , so I took a picture on my cell phone ( smart phone ) ,we told front desk as we checked out ,we had mice eat crackers we had in our room last few nights, she responded that she would make a note of it. If mice then what else do mice carry , bed bugs or fleas ? A refund might help but the memories always there and as a married couple for over ** years and worked at same employment company over ** years we know a lot of people .
GetHuman-kschroep did not yet indicate what Ramada should do to make this right.
