I did * separate purchases through Macy's with **% and I click the Rakuten button and I clicked add the coupon and my coupon plus my **% cash back showed that it was added to the transaction at the time of purchase* However, I do not see * of the transactions! *The missing transactions are almost$*** worth of transactions and at **% cash back that's a lot of money I would like some help. I can prove that I made the orders I clicked the button it said that it had applied the coupons plus the **% cash back and yet only one order is showing up in my account. please get back to me *****@***.com*I would like the monies applied to my account and a check to be mailed.
