I was never sent a confirmation email from rail Europe I only had an order confirmation number which apparently means nothing. I’m in Paris waiting to take the TGV to Nice. I was told to just give my credit card that was charged the $***. I’m at the gare Lyon and they are saying they cannot do anything as rail Europe is not connected to their system they are making buy another $*** worth of new tickets. I am very upset and angry please advise what I should do as rail Europe are closed today
