Subject: Billing Issue at Radisson Oakland Dear Sirs and Madams, I am writing to address a payment discrepancy regarding my recent stays at the Radisson Oakland in July [redacted] with my partner. Our reservation shows a stay from July 20th to 23rd and another from July 27th to 30th. Upon checking our credit card statement, we noticed that we were charged twice for the second stay. On July 30th, our credit card was debited twice. The correct charge was for $[redacted].20 for July 27th to 30th, but there was an additional charge of $[redacted].18 for July 29th to 30th, which was an error. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and refund the overcharged amount of $[redacted].18 back to our credit card. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Dear Sirs, I stayed at Dakar Diamniadio Hotel on 20 – 21 April this year. Upon check-in, a deposit of XOF [redacted],[redacted] was requested, to which I agreed. When settling the hotel invoice the next day, I was assured the deposit would be promptly refunded. However, as of today, the refund has not been processed. We assume this was unintentional and kindly request the following: 1. Respond to this message within 24 hours. 2. Refund the deposit within 5 working days. Good afternoon, I am Tammy Bartelli from St. Johns River State College in Palatka, Florida. Last night, during check-in, we encountered an issue with a reservation made for the 19th that was mistakenly booked for February 4th, resulting in a "no-show" charge. Despite this, my supervisor managed to secure a room at the Radisson. I contacted the Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront in Melbourne this morning to address the error and inquire about reversing the charges, but was informed they couldn't be as the room was held overnight. My supervisor has been a loyal customer at Radisson Hotels for College conferences and intends to continue choosing Radisson for future travels. If it's not possible to reverse the charges, would it be feasible to receive a room credit for upcoming trips? Thank you for your assistance. This is my second email attempt. Is there a direct contact for assistance regarding a booking issue with Radisson? I reserved two rooms for a wedding on 9/21/19 through the app, but it mistakenly booked for 9/16/19. Despite seeking help at the hotel, I was directed to call a 1-[redacted] number. After facing long wait times and promises of call-backs, I am frustrated and seeking a refund for the rooms and points back to my account. Hello, I received a promotion code from a friend at Radisson hotel for the Family and Friends rate. I tried booking at Park Plaza London Riverbank for 20-24.03.[redacted] but encountered issues when selecting the rate online. Despite the availability showing up in the search, I couldn't proceed with the booking. Therefore, I successfully made a booking # V2LGVVX for 22-24/03/[redacted]. On Monday around 10 pm EDT, I contacted Radisson/Country Inns and Suites in Portland OR PDX to reserve a room for 7 days. The agent who assisted me was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. However, I found the quoted prices to be on the higher side. When I mentioned my rewards points account, I was directed to the national reservations line, where I was informed I had approximately 16,[redacted] points. I recalled having 36,[redacted] points after a previous stay with noise issues in room #[redacted] and was promised additional points. The discrepancies in the required points for a free night and the cancellation policy were confusing. The check-in time discrepancy and conflicting information about penalties further added to the confusion. Despite these issues, I am looking forward to my upcoming trip to CI PDX where we have enjoyed staying for over a decade. I made the reservation based on the AARP rate, which was the most competitive. Looking forward to a response soon. - Pail Knipper

During Thanksgiving this year in [redacted], my family stayed at Country Inn and Suites located at [redacted] N Lacrosse St, Rapid City, South Dakota. Unfortunately, our stay was less than satisfactory. There were dogs present in the motel, which resulted in the unpleasant discovery of dog feces in the hallway. On top of that, there was a notification about illegal drug activities on Friday, exposing us to public intoxication and marijuana use. To add to the disappointment, my daughter even found an empty beer can under her bed from previous guests. This experience was not ideal, especially for the young children in our group. Could we please discuss possible compensation for these issues? Thank you.

Upon reaching the Aurora Radisson hotel for check-in, we had made a payment using a PayPal card via Priceline.com for two rooms. Unfortunately, at the hotel, we were informed that the card used to pay for the rooms could not be used for incidentals. Despite having sufficient funds, the card's temporary nature without our name on it caused an issue. We possess a receipt from the website displaying the relevant details, such as the name, address, and phone number linked to the card. It is puzzling why this evidence is not deemed sufficient for card ownership verification. Regrettably, we are unable to secure a refund, leaving us without another room for the night. Swift resolution of this matter is crucial. I kindly request either the courtesy of waiving the fee or a one-time exception to use the card for incidentals, given our lack of a permanent card.

I recently stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Bowling Green, Kentucky for 5 days. I placed a $[redacted] cash deposit which was not refunded upon checkout. The room was clean when I left, but the manager inspected it without me and kept my deposit for alleged damages. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged twice during my stay. I paid $90 instead of the agreed-upon $65 for the second room on the first night, and my rate was unexpectedly increased to $[redacted] on my last night when it was supposed to remain at $65. There was also an incident where another couple entered my room mistakenly as it was assigned to them. Hello, my name is Jodie L. writing from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am a frequent guest at the Park Inn by Calgary Airport and recently checked out after a 4-day stay. I have used the same card for at least 6 stays in the past year. Despite enjoying the hotel, I encountered an unfriendly clerk named Sheryl during tonight's check-in. Although we have never had any issues before, she claimed our card was failing, leaving my husband and me stranded outside the hotel late at night. We offered to pay in cash or have her manually enter the card details from my last stay, but she refused to help. During my recent stay at the Radisson in Rancho Bernardo, I had a terrible experience. We were delayed checking out due to a bathroom flood that damaged our phones. The general manager accused us of causing the flood, was extremely rude, threatened to call the police, and prevented us from retrieving belongings worth over $[redacted]. I am very upset and need my clothes and work items urgently. This situation has caused problems with my boss, who finds it hard to believe. I plan to share my negative experience on Yelp. I chose to stay at Country Inn & Suites because their website touted a great breakfast, but since my arrival last week, all they've provided is a simple muffin and a cereal bar in a bag. This falls short of the previous high standards set by Radisson. I inquired about the lack of variety and suggested they offer options like microwavable sausage or egg and cheese biscuits to no avail. The slow Wi-Fi, at just two mbps, is also unsatisfactory compared to what I've experienced at budget motels. Despite my $[redacted]+ payment, the coffee was frequently empty in the lobby. I've already spoken to the manager a week ago without improvement in the breakfast menu or Wi-Fi speed. I hope to receive a response from customer service soon, as my concerns remain unaddressed.

I wish to file a complaint regarding a recent incident at Country Inn and Suites in Niagara Falls. The management appeared to behave inappropriately and disrespectfully towards my family and me in front of other guests. During an encounter in the hotel lobby, we were subjected to shouting and even threats of eviction and police involvement. The manager mentioned that he would force us to leave without refunding any money. I had reported the smell of marijuana wafting from a neighboring room, but the staff member I informed claimed he could not detect anything and did not take any action. The situation escalated when I mentioned my intention to include these events in a review. Consequently, the manager raised his voice, including towards my wife when she attempted to address the matter. Despite the threat of police involvement and eviction without reimbursement, I stood my ground, emphasizing that while I was willing to involve law enforcement, I expected a refund for any remaining nights. It is disheartening that a concern about marijuana odor led to such a confrontational experience at the hotel.

Last night, I visited the Country Inn and Suites in Hinesville, GA to reserve a presidential suite or whirlpool suite, which could not be booked online. The front desk staff was polite but not overly friendly. I mentioned that we are a military family and wanted to use the Radisson's Military First Rate, but was informed they do not offer that discount. I was instructed to contact a manager listed on a card the next morning between 7am and 2pm. When I reached out to this manager, she was rude and disrespectful. Despite clarifying I am a woman, she repeatedly addressed me as "sir." When inquiring about the room cancellation policy due to the lack of military discount, she questioned my intentions. The entire encounter left me deeply disappointed in the service provided by this hotel.

Despite booking in advance for a birthday celebration on 27/10 at TIMPENI, the evening was marred by several issues that need your attention. From the discourteous staff to the shortage of serving staff and poor quality of food, our experience was far from satisfactory. The buffet service was slow, with stale food, and items were in short supply. The attitude of the staff, especially a waiter named Ravi, was unacceptable, leading to a lack of resolution when I raised my concerns. Despite requesting to speak with a manager and seeking an apology from Ravi, the situation was not addressed appropriately. This level of service is below the standard I expect from Radisson BLU and has left a lasting negative impression. Yesterday, I came across an issue when an officer came to my door, asking questions I couldn't answer. Today, I tried to speak with the officer and was informed that the person in question no longer works there. Now, they are withholding my deposit despite no issues with the room. Initially, when I wanted to leave during the previous incidents, I was not permitted. This is now the second or third complaint I have raised against this hotel. I feel unfairly treated and will ensure everyone knows about my experience. I have been a good customer, and the way your staff has treated me is unacceptable.

I recently checked into the hotel that I have visited many times before for the holiday weekend. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I noticed some cleanliness issues in my room. There were no tiles in the room, one of the trash cans was not emptied, and the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Additionally, the sheets on my bed were slightly damp and seemed unwashed. After reporting these issues to the front desk, I was promised housekeeping would address them, but I had to wait until 9 o'clock in the evening to receive towels I had requested earlier. I believe some form of compensation is warranted for this inconvenience. Security and the front desk staff are aware of my concerns, and I have requested to speak with the manager regarding this matter.

During my visit on Friday, June 18th, which coincided with Father's Day weekend and a peak pricing period, we encountered various issues despite the high rate of $[redacted].00 per night. While the room appeared spacious and aesthetically pleasing initially, we quickly noticed multiple problems. Several lights were not functioning, the couches were heavily stained, the pull-out bed had unsightly stains on the cushions, and both TV remotes were faulty. Additionally, the room lacked cleanliness standards with smeared windows and mirrors. Our interaction with the service staff, including maintenance and housekeeping, proved unsatisfactory as our concerns were not adequately addressed. Furthermore, the coffee station in the lobby was frequently unattended, the lobby restroom lacked towels, and there was even mold on a bagel I received. The condition of the swimming pool was also subpar, requiring immediate maintenance. I brought these issues to the attention of the manager during our stay on Saturday morning, who acknowledged the problems but the overall experience was disappointing.
