I bought a toquito and it was not the right one according to the sign. So I had told the assistant manager in duty and told me I could get the one I wanted but they were all the wrong kind according to the sign. I told the manager there was none of the kind I wanted to purchase and he told me there was nothing he could do and didn’t even offer to refund me my money. I would appreciate either a refund or a coupon to get one for free as that is not how a coustomer should be handled. I even work in customer service and that’s not how a costumer should be treated, we always make them happy. Thank you
