Today, I was playing my usual games on Roblox when I unexpectedly got logged out and couldn't log back in with my usual information. After resetting my password, I encountered issues with my old password and received an error message with numbers. Concerned that my account was hacked, I tried to contact Roblox but couldn't reach anyone. I am worried about losing access to my account, as I have invested a lot of money in it. While playing the game "Master Paper Fold," I unexpectedly received 15,[redacted] roebucks, but I never received them in my account as of today. My username in the game is kleah279. I was planning to use the roebucks to build a house as I accidentally deleted my first one, which I had purchased from another player. I really need the roebucks to continue with my game plans. Hello ROBLOX Team, I possess numerous valuable limited items that I've spent years acquiring. Unfortunately, my email got hacked recently, and I've lost access to it. I am distressed to report that my account ALTEmonANDAriana has been hacked. The hacker changed both the email and phone number associated with my account, despite my use of 2-step verification. I received an email notification today, July 18th, [redacted] at 1:09 pm, informing me that someone from "Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia" accessed my account. Although no unauthorized activities have occurred yet, I am anxious about the security of my account and the possibility of deletion. I vaguely recall receiving robux on December 24th, [redacted], and the most recent transaction took place on July 17th, [redacted]. I possess a significant number of items on this account, and prior to the security breach, I had 2,[redacted] robux remaining. I am prepared to take any necessary steps to recover my account, including contacting Roblox support with my parents' assistance.

Hello, my name is Arianna, and I wanted to share what happened today. I opened a game, which I cannot recall the name of, where they offered mega pets for free. Intrigued, I accessed it and was immediately presented with a trade request for 9 mega pets. After accepting two trades, they messaged me about transferring pets to Adopt Me. I followed the steps but was abruptly kicked out of Roblox when I entered Adopt Me. Despite multiple login attempts, I was informed that my account password was incorrect, although it was correct. My 10-year-old son, Omar, had his account suspended due to his 5-year-old brother, Hamza. While I was at the sporting club with Omar for his training, he left his phone with his mom who was looking after Hamza. On July 20th, Hamza took Omar's phone and made 5 unauthorized payments totalling over $[redacted], which I was unaware of until receiving messages from my bank. I managed to refund only $5. Omar's account got suspended, leading to fights between the brothers when the truth came to light. I have been paying for Omar's account since [redacted] and also cover both of their monthly subscriptions. My brother's Roblox account was unjustly deleted due to unauthorized charges, which have never occurred on his account. I explicitly allowed him to use my card to purchase Robux, and I never disputed any transactions. I find it completely unacceptable that his account was removed under these circumstances. It is distressing as my brother, who is only 10, spent over $[redacted] on that account. In the past, he had another account banned for no valid reason after spending over $[redacted] without getting a refund or account restoration. I insist on a refund and demand that his account be reinstated if a refund is not possible. This situation is causing him distress; he's been crying non-stop - he's just a 10-year-old. My Roblox account was hacked. The person who hacked it stole my money and items, transferring them to his main account. He blocked my other accounts when I tried to contact him. I believe he's scamming others too. I want Roblox to shut down my account for two days, change the password, and verify me as the rightful owner through my purchases and email. I've tried contacting Roblox through different methods but haven't received any help. I've been a Roblox user since [redacted] and have faced many issues because of this.

I recently experienced a trading issue in "Murder Mystery 2." I attempted to trade 17 weapons for one of theirs, which was significantly more valuable. Despite each weapon being valued at around €20, I ended up losing over €[redacted] because I had to include additional weapons, totaling 24 as per their request. Due to the limit of adding only 4 weapons at a time in the exchange, they encouraged me to initiate the trade. After a prolonged delay, I eventually agreed. Unfortunately, in the final trade, the other party failed to add the promised weapon. Instead, they promptly exited the game and removed me as a friend. During this interaction, I was recording my phone screen for a TikTok video. The player involved goes by the name "JOJOS4EVER" and had a character skin of a man in a panda costume with a nose patch, although this may have changed. I need assistance urgently. Around 9:20 p.m., my account was compromised, and it is now 10:20 p.m. I was unexpectedly logged out, and the password was altered. The individual who accessed my account deleted my phone number but left my verified email intact. After resetting the password, I regained access. I tried to add 2-step verification and my phone number back, but a pin was set that I do not know. Without the pin, I cannot secure my account as all changes require it. At around 9:20 p.m., while playing Fruit Juice Tycoon: Refreshed, my laptop began glitching. After closing Roblox and logging back in, I discovered someone had accessed my account, removed my phone number, set up a pin, and changed my password. Although I managed to regain access by resetting the password, I can't update my phone number due to the pin set up by the unauthorized user. I have logged out from all devices to prevent further access, but I'm unable to make any changes to my account because of the pin. I need to set up two-factor authentication, but the pin is hindering this process.

My Roblox account "redpanda_3333" was hacked on July 9th. Despite reaching out to Roblox support, I received generic responses and was informed they cannot assist further. The hacker changed the linked email to one I no longer use ([redacted]) and connected their own. I would like to revert the email back to my original ([redacted]). I discovered the breach when checking from my sister's account and noticing mine in a private server with an unfamiliar user. I am willing to provide any necessary details to regain access to my account, as there is a previous purchase linked to it.

I was playing Brookhaven with a friend, but he had to leave, and a few minutes later a message appeared on my screen saying "disconnected, this account has launched another experience." I thought it was an error, so I tried to reconnect, but it didn't work. I wanted to exit and go back, so I clicked on "exit," but instead of taking me back to the homepage with the games, it redirected me to the sign-in page. I tried to log into my account, but everything had been changed - phone number, email, password, and even the account name. I really want to recover my account as soon as possible. The account name is Lion971007, but it's also listed as loulou2009Dina. I would be extremely grateful if you could address my complaint and restore access to my account promptly. My account, @um_greenlee, was unfortunately deleted due to disputed charges I accidentally triggered while seeking a refund from another app. Roblox refunded the money, and I used it to purchase robux, inadvertently violating their terms of service. Although I'm not concerned about the account itself, I am worried about my clothing group, "GreenLee's Garments," which solely had me as the owner. The group has accumulated over 1.5k robux that I don't want to go to waste. I am requesting Roblox to transfer ownership of my group to another member or account to ensure its continued activity. While I would prefer to have my account reinstated, I understand the situation and am willing to accept any resolution that allows for the group's sustainability.

My little brother interacted with this person who claimed to be my friend but didn't share my actual password. The account name is queen_beasia/tay, not biggirlnene as the other person mentioned. Hello, I would like to request a refund for items that my cousin purchased on my account. I have reached out to Roblox, but unfortunately, they have not been helpful. I have checked the forums and item IDs, and I can see the items are still there. Can you please refund my Robux and remove the items from my account linked to pixeldogking101? Additionally, I would like to appeal my ban as it was based on a false report. I encountered another player using inappropriate language, I called them out, they left the game, and I got banned.
