Hello, I wanted to report that my account "devilishantho2" was hacked 3-4 days ago. The hacker changed the associated email address, but I received a notification since I had linked an email as a precaution. I managed to revert the changes, but shortly after, I lost access to my account again. I have contacted Roblox support regarding this issue. They mentioned that no email was linked to the account, which is conflicting with my experience. I tried to explain and provide proof of the linked email, but they were not able to assist me. I purposefully linked an email to prevent this exact situation, especially after experiencing a similar incident with another account. The lack of resolution is confusing to me. I was enjoying playing my games when I suddenly got logged out of my account. I don't know what happened. I have attempted to enter my username and password several times, but it didn't work. My phone remembers my password, but even that didn't help. I attempted to verify that I'm not a bot multiple times, but it still doesn't let me in. I've been struggling with this for the past day, and I'm at a loss of what to do. Today is my daughter's 12th birthday. She woke up to find her Roblox account has been deleted, suspended, or terminated. Her username is "Pepperlyaj." She's been playing this game for years and has invested a lot of time and money in it. It's upsetting to see her in tears over this, especially on her special day. The monthly subscription fee was recently deducted from my account, and we've never had any issues with payments before. I urgently need to resolve this situation regarding her account. She had plans to play Roblox with her friends at her birthday party in about 3 hours. I encountered the following situation: I attempted to make a trade on Roblox for the first time, but Roblox declined the trade stating that the item was no longer available, which was inaccurate. Shortly after, without my knowledge or consent, a trade was executed with the same player, resulting in the loss of my three limited items - Playful Vampire, Black Iron Horns, and Super Super Happy Face. I had purchased these items with my own funds totaling about [redacted] euros. I acquired them myself and did not trade them away. Despite not sharing my password or any account information, the player somehow took these items without my involvement. I earnestly request the return of my items, as I have devoted a substantial amount of money and time to Roblox. I am willing to provide proof pictures upon request. I recently visited a Verizon store to exchange my phone without realizing that I had lost all my 2-factor authentication codes, including those used for Roblox. Consequently, I am unable to access my account, "ExoDeKami", without the codes from my missing phone. As I cannot authenticate my ownership without the necessary codes, I am exploring alternate methods. I am considering using payment information from my linked Microsoft account, specifically order numbers for previously purchased Robux, to establish ownership of my account. Should Microsoft's information not suffice, I am prepared to provide bank statements showing my transaction history. If I am successful in recovering my account, I kindly request the removal of 2-factor security to facilitate future logins.

My Roblox username is Paraparida. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my password, which was something like "KingOfTheDragons12345##" or "KingOfDragons12345##." Unsure of which letters are capitalized, I attempted to use the "forgot password" feature. As a kid, I was uncertain about providing a phone number for password recovery. I haven't played in at least two weeks. To confirm my identity, I have around 60 friends on the platform. A few weeks ago, my account was hacked, and all the Robux I recently purchased were stolen while I was still logged in. I mistakenly enabled 2-step verification at the time. Despite reaching out to Roblox support, their assistance was unhelpful. They mentioned they couldn't verify my account ownership due to me not contacting them from the email linked to my Roblox account. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the Roblox ownership confirmation in any of my emails. Consequently, I find myself locked out by the accidental 2-step verification activation with just a single click. It is possible the hacker altered the email associated with the account or that I mistakenly input the wrong email on my Roblox account. Restoring access to my account is crucial to recovering the stolen Robux. I recall my sole password and am reaching out from the IP address I've consistently used for playing Roblox for the past few years. Account: TSAR_UR.

I was unaware of any inappropriate content in the model and had checked for it beforehand. It seems to be a misunderstanding, as I did not intend to use anything inappropriate. About 2 weeks ago, my Roblox account was wrongly terminated. An admin named '2xy0x' from my group took advantage of my absence to sabotage my account as revenge. To ensure he wasn't banned, he created 5 accounts, filled my game with inappropriate content, and harassed me on social media. Upon my return, I discovered the situation and demoted him after confirming his actions in the Group's Audit logs. I promptly removed the content, but my account was terminated by Roblox shortly after. This ban was unfair as I have never violated Roblox's rules. I seek assistance from a Roblox Moderator to address this issue and have my account reinstated. Thank you.

I am having an issue with user chema0258, who I suspect of accessing my account without authorization. I noticed that [redacted] Robux went missing from my account, and later, I noticed a purchase in his world amounting to exactly [redacted] Robux. When I asked for a refund, he refused, claiming he had already spent the Robux and didn't owe me anything. Feeling like a victim of theft, I reported the incident to Roblox to have him banned for stealing Robux and accessing my account unlawfully. I believe he might have stolen from me on multiple occasions, approximately 11,[redacted] Robux in total. It is important for me to have what was stolen returned as it deeply affects me and my friend, initial A, who also experienced an account breach. I recently started using voice chat and hoped to play games like "Da Hood." However, my account was unexpectedly labeled as "restricted," even though it's a new account named Onlyloveccanhurt (Jocie). I've attempted various solutions to resolve this issue, not just for "Da Hood" but also for other games. When trying to update my email, an error message appeared stating, "Too many attempts to update email" and "The account email will not change until the new email has been verified." I believe my account has been compromised by an individual who goes by the names ripospois or MOONSTARHEROT. They succeeded in tricking me with a link shared through Discord that appeared authentic. Upon clicking the link, I immediately noticed that it was a scam as it continually logged me out, even though I entered my credentials because it appeared legitimate. Shortly after, I discovered unfamiliar changes to my parent PIN without my involvement. Additionally, my email was reset, and my attempts to recover it keep redirecting me to a random account. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue, even if it requires taking action such as banning the account: iivrcpyii.

On April 14, [redacted], my ROBLOX account "BioFeb" got hacked, and the perpetrator made off with virtual items amounting to approximately 1.4 million Robux. I was alarmed to receive an email stating that the 2-Step security I had set up on my account had been disabled by ROBLOX's Support Team. It seems like the hacker may have misled the support team with false proof of ownership to gain unauthorized access to my account. Discovering this left me outraged that a ROBLOX team member inadvertently granted a stranger full control over my account, resulting in the theft of my virtual items.

My account was compromised due to a keylogger. The hackers have taken control and emptied it. Unfortunately, I can't use the original email linked to my purchases as proof of ownership since it's no longer accessible. Despite this, ROBLOX insists it's the only way to verify ownership, which is inaccurate. I have a long history of purchases and have verified my age with my ID. A few months ago, my account was hacked, and the hacker set up a pin that prevented me from chatting and interacting with others on Roblox. Even though I reported the issue and Roblox disabled the pin, I am still unable to chat or see messages. This has affected my gameplay experience as I cannot communicate with my friends, especially one who has internet connection issues. A few days ago, I encountered an issue while playing on my account under the username "TeddyWasUsed" or @Slippy. Suddenly, I was logged out and assumed it might be due to an update. Upon trying to log back in by entering my username, password, and verifying my account, I faced difficulty with the authentication code provided by the app. Despite several attempts, the code did not work. I then tried using recovery codes without success. In my contact with ROBLOX support, I only received auto-generated emails with steps I had already completed, which proved ineffective in resolving the problem. As a result, I am unable to access my account as the verification codes sent by ROBLOX are invalid, and initially, my verification method involved receiving a code via email.

My Roblox account was compromised by a user who goes by the name A_4THONY. We were arranging a trade in the game Mining Simulator 2 when he tricked me by sending a fake link through Discord to his supposed "VIP Server." Unfortunately, I fell for it and clicked the link, which resulted in him gaining control of my account and taking all my pets. He promised to return my account but caused further issues by kicking me out of games with an error message about being logged in from a different device. Despite changing my password, I continue to experience difficulty accessing my account. I suspect this individual, A_4THONY, is also targeting other users. My hacked account, Altaccountofraptor with the display name MonkeyMan09, had two passwords, "altaccount" and "donottrust." I am unsure if the perpetrator changed my password. Please assist in removing him from my account, provide guidance on account access, and consider taking action against him for his actions. Contact me for any additional details via email.
