I had a close call with a potential scammer in "Flee the Facility." They tried to deceive me by offering a set in exchange for my items through multiple trades. I sensed something was off and refused because I suspected it was a scam. Despite his assurance that I could report him if he scammed me, I remained wary. Fortunately, my friend FoxYtail252008 intervened, and we decided to leave to avoid the situation. As we were leaving, I confronted the scammer about his intentions, which raised suspicions. Another player intervened, and upon hearing our story, confirmed our suspicions about the scammer's dishonesty. Grateful for the support, we left the situation behind.

Dear Roblox, I understand the rules of the game, and I acknowledge that cursing is allowed. I admit that I used inappropriate language towards another player; however, it was in response to them being toxic and telling others to harm themselves. I didn't engage in any other violations like harassment, sexting, or online dating, as I am 17 years old and take the rules seriously. While I know reporting the other player was an option, I felt it wouldn't have been effective as they could easily create a new account. I believe a warning would have been more appropriate in this situation, considering the circumstances and the nature of the exchange. I hope you can reconsider my ban as I value playing on your platform. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty in understanding the ban placed on my account due to unauthorized and disputed charges. My ticket number is [redacted]6. The situation is more complex than I described initially. I have been actively seeking assistance to have my account reinstated as I am the owner of the Roblox account Djsonoran and the associated debit card. Following a security breach on my debit card used for Roblox purchases on the site, I had to close the account. Despite this, my Roblox account was inexplicably banned. I am hopeful that Roblox will address this matter promptly by responding to my email with guidance on the necessary steps to lift the ban. Alternatively, a decision on the account's reinstatement based on the information I provided would be appreciated.

My friend and I entered a TikTok "giveaway" contest. We were asked to add someone on Discord, and I did. After adding the person, they sent me a link to a website where we saw our Roblox profile. To add them, we had to log into our account, which we did. However, we remained logged in on the site. The issue now is that my friend had put in a lot, maybe too much, money in the game, and her account now belongs to someone else. I am reaching out to the Roblox creators to address that my younger sister's account was banned a year ago, causing her a great deal of distress ever since. Despite the time that has passed, she has genuinely learned from the experience. She invested a lot of effort into that account, and I am hopeful that there might be a possibility to have it reinstated for her. I have had a serious conversation with her, and she has committed to never engaging in any dishonest behavior again. I acknowledge that further violations could result in a permanent ban, and I trust you will consider granting her another opportunity to prove herself. Several months ago, I encountered an issue with my Roblox account login. Despite never facing this problem before, I was unable to access my account. Unexpectedly, I received a verification code from Singapore, which puzzled me because my account is based in Spain and I had never accessed it from another country or shared my details. Seeking assistance from Roblox's moderation team, I was asked for screenshots of my robux transactions with Xsolla, a platform I had never used. Repeated attempts to retrieve my account were unsuccessful due to the Xsolla requirement. I have exclusively made robux purchases using PayPal or pre-paid cards, which I can verify with screenshots of card purchases on Eneba using the same email address associated with my Roblox account. Hola, buenas tardes. Tengo algunos problemas con una facturación de [redacted] Robux que contraté. Hello, my name is Anita Alayo Lozano with ID number [redacted]8, from Peru. On February 8, [redacted], BCP Bank charged me for some Roblox points I requested for my child, but the points never arrived. On February 9, I bought them again, and the transaction went through successfully. I reported this to the bank, and the reply I received stated that they had transferred the money to Roblox. I request a refund of my money. However, the bank emailed me the following response: "In case of online purchases, please attach coordination email with the establishment indicating the cancellation of the purchase or the rejection of the transaction." I don't know who to coordinate with as the bank refuses to refund the money until they hear from Roblox confirming that they did not receive the payment. Sincerely, Anita Alayo.

I kindly ask for the account to be reinstated, as my child was not at fault. During the payment process, an error message appeared, and I believed the payment had not gone through, so I attempted the transaction again successfully. I have contacted Roblox several times via email about an issue from 2 years ago where my account was hacked, and the hacker changed my age to under 13. Despite rumors that Roblox may respond differently if parents reach out, after testing it with my dad's email, it's clear that their support email is unhelpful, providing the same automated response regardless of who contacts them. Searching on Reddit and other platforms has not yielded a solution, as Roblox staff keeps sending me the unhelpful message that they cannot assist further. Feeling frustrated, my next step may involve having my mother call and leave a voicemail, but I'm uncertain if that will make a difference. I am debating if this is the best course of action.

While using my Roblox account, the platform unexpectedly shut off. When I tried logging back in, it claimed my password or username was incorrect, despite me being certain I had them both correct, as I even wrote them down and saved them on my phone. Upon checking other accounts linked to my main one, I noticed my main account was online when I was not using it. I am greatly concerned as I have worked hard to collect numerous valuable pets on Adopt Me. Having to restart from scratch due to being hacked is frustrating and inconvenient. Here is a list of some of the pets I can recall: a mega monkey, 3 neon cats, 4 regular cats, a neon llama, a neon fly ride turtle, a fly ride kangaroo, a ride neon octopus, a neon polar bear, various other pets, and in-game items. My account username is QueenQuinn513, and while I remember the old password, I have no idea what the hacker changed it to.

Today, when I tried to log in, I received a message stating that I have been banned for 7 days. The reason given was because I sent a message in chat to my friends that included the phrase "Met Marco en Ali Gay." This phrase is actually the name of someone we know in the Netherlands. I understand now that this could be seen as offensive to others who do not know him, but that was not my intention. I just shared a Dutch name with a friend in the chat. I apologize if it was misunderstood as offensive behavior. My username is DrekerboyStudio. Is there any way we can resolve this issue? Thank you.

Today, my 12-year-old daughter's Roblox account was hacked while playing Adopt Me. She had been dedicated to the game for over 2 years and was devastated to discover that her valuable pets were missing. The pets that were taken include a Fly Ride Cerberus, a normal Cerberus, two Ride Snow Owls, a Fly Ride Kitsune, a Neon Fly Ride Monkey, a Neon Fly Ride Wyvern, a Neon Fly Ride Ladybug, and a Ride Guardian Lion. She knows the username of the individual who took her pets, which is "sorryitakeurpet." She is heartbroken as she had worked hard for these pets. Her Roblox username is Rubyredyard. Any assistance in restoring her pets or reversing the trades would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Both of my ROBLOX accounts, which I have invested a considerable amount of money in, have been hacked. The first account, banashaelyndabest, was compromised on November 18th, [redacted], shortly after contacting ROBLOX support to inquire about resetting my pin. The account's email and password were modified, and I was logged out from all devices. The account has remained inactive since then, as far as I can tell. Similarly, my second account, NeveCookieGirl, experienced the same issue on February 26th, [redacted]. I was unexpectedly logged out and noticed that the email and password had been altered. I am feeling quite anxious about this situation, considering the significant amount of money I have spent on ROBLOX, a game that I cherish. Restarting from scratch is something I'd like to avoid. This morning while playing, I kept getting kicked from games. Concerned someone was attempting to access my account, I decided to change my password. While creating a new one, I didn't hit submit due to its length, but it somehow changed and logged me out. I did not even press submit, leaving me puzzled. Could you kindly reset my password? I've invested countless hours and made significant progress on my account. My username is ismaeloz13, display name coolboy_ishotandpro, and I joined on 10/23/[redacted]. Dear Roblox, I am writing regarding my Roblox account, Superduckgames99, which was recently falsely terminated. The reason given was for having a trolling GUI in my game, but after scanning the files, I could not locate any such file. I believe this may be a moderation error that mistakenly bans users for having an ''Ultimate trolling GUI'' in their game, even when they do not. This has also affected three other players besides myself. I am requesting an investigation into these moderation errors and any necessary appeals process. Thank you. I recently clicked on a link that a Discord bot sent me, leading me to a game that redirected me to the Roblox website instead of the app. I was prompted to log in and once I did, I found myself logged out of the app with no success in logging back in. I reached out to Roblox for help, and they advised me to reset my password using either my email or phone number. Despite entering the correct email address, I received error messages stating it was invalid. When attempting to use my phone number, I was supposed to receive a 6-digit code for verification which I never received. This has left me unable to regain access to my account. I have invested a significant amount of money into this account since [redacted] and am desperate to recover it. I'm at a loss for what steps to take next given the limitations I am facing.

A couple of years ago, my account "jamaagaming" was hacked by my cousins, and I can no longer access it as they changed the password. Despite not remembering the changed password, I am eager to recover the account since I had invested a significant amount of money in it.
