While playing Brookhaven with my friend, I received a warning after typing something regrettable in the game. I decided to review the terms of service, agreed to them, and unintentionally clicked "log out" instead of "reactivate account." I've been attempting to regain access but realized someone may have hacked my account without me noticing. Despite playing on without knowing my password, I've never used an email address or phone number to sign in with my username SDBULLDOGGO123. I apologize for any inappropriate messages in the game chat and kindly request another opportunity to access my account.

Hello, I need some assistance with my account. Today, someone reported me for standing up for myself against a group of individuals who were being racist and body shaming others. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to report them for their bullying behavior. One of the individuals I remember is called Moon, but I can't recall the other two names. They were extremely rude. I would greatly appreciate it if there is a way to review the chat to address what happened. The game we were playing was bingo. Thank you for your help.

My son was playing Pet Simulator X when someone took a cat worth 1,[redacted] Robux from him. He tried to decline or unready the transaction, but it still gave the pet to a stranger. He is only 7 years old and was very upset about it. He loves this game and was devastated by this incident. I kindly request to have the "Huge Festive Cat" restored to his character in the game. On December 25, [redacted], I added a $25 card to my daughter's account, but it did not reflect in her account nor was the redeem option available. We assumed it was due to system issues. Today, upon checking, the system was back up. I attempted to load the card again, only to receive a message stating that the code had already been redeemed, which is not accurate as her account still shows $0 since December 25, [redacted]. I called the customer service [redacted] number, but no one answered. The automated system provided extensions but just beeped like a voicemail system.

While playing Adopt Me, I received an error alert and was disconnected stating that my account was activated on another device. Initially, I thought it was fake due to past experiences, but when I realized I was logged out and couldn't log back in, panic set in. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password via phone and email, I didn't receive any instructions. I suspect the hacker changed my password, email, and phone number. I am devastated because I lost access not only to my account but also to my pets and Roux. My brother noticed a suspicious account named setorpets110 on my friends list, which I never added. I request their account to be deleted to prevent future hacks. I hope for a prompt response as I am very concerned. My billing address is tied to [redacted], and the account is under either Jane Anne Morsbach or Ginger Morsbach. Thank you for your attention to this matter as I seek to resolve the issue.

My daughter made a significant purchase some time ago, but now she's upset and wants a refund. She's had the account since [redacted] and doesn't want it deleted, which I understand. The amount she has spent seems unreasonable to me, especially with our current financial struggles due to the pandemic. My daughter recently faced hacking in the game "Adopt Me," which she deeply enjoys. This unfortunate incident has caused her distress as she has been a loyal player for three years and this is the third time she has been hacked. The previous two times, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This time, at 2:47 pm and 2:48 pm, her pets were taken by a user with the username piko_0123. I recently added two-step verification to my account but had trouble updating my email. After disabling two-step verification, I got logged out and prompted to enter a code sent to the email on my account, which started with a "b". I haven't been on Roblox for a week or two due to my busy school schedule. When I tried to log back in, I realized I was logged out, despite not doing so myself. Entering my correct username and password was unsuccessful, even after multiple attempts. Resetting the password didn't work either since I received no verification code via phone or email. For the past two months, my main account, Savageboitookie, has been hacked. Someone paid a hacker to access my account after issuing threats. The email associated with the account was changed at 6 AM while I was asleep, causing me distress upon my return from school. Notable details include the account creation year of [redacted] and my preference for games like A Universal Time, Counter Blox, Stand Upright, and Greenville RP where I owned a valuable Supercar Ford worth 500K. The email has always been linked to this account since the beginning. Unfortunately, I also lost access to my first email under suspicious circumstances that remain unclear to me. While playing Roblox as usual, I noticed that my lucky halo2019, 50k Diamonds in Royal High, and all my hard-earned pets in Adopt Me were missing after being away for a couple of hours. This includes my two neon cows, two neon legendaries, and other legendaries. Despite reaching out to Roblox multiple times in the last two weeks with evidence, I have not received any assistance. I am frustrated by the lack of response from real individuals and the inability to resolve the issue. As a loyal customer who has invested over $[redacted] in the game, I am disappointed by the situation. I hope to have my items restored and have provided evidence such as Adopt Me pictures to support my case.

Hello, I have been facing difficulties with Roblox lately. Often, I am unexpectedly disconnected from games while my WiFi signal is strong. Additionally, I receive notifications of unauthorized access to my account or simultaneous logins from multiple devices, even when I am not using different devices. Currently, I can only play Roblox on my phone or an iPad that is often not with me at home, limiting my access. Strangely, there are no records of gameplay on different games when I log in. Only I have access to the iPad in use, ruling out the possibility of others using it. I have attempted to contact Roblox through Instagram and email in the past without success. The issue began on my old phone and temporarily stopped when I upgraded but has resurfaced in the last month. Interestingly, the problem does not occur on the iPad. Thank you for your assistance.

I am disappointed with the quality of customer service. I was wrongfully banned for a spelling error, leading to my account termination for something I did not do. I have contacted Roblox numerous times regarding this issue, but I will explain my story once more. A user named GINO wanted to roleplay with my friend and me, but we declined. After I initially blocked GINO, I decided to unblock him and invite him to my plot to apologize. However, my computer kept autocorrecting "GINO" to "NIGO," causing confusion. Despite my efforts to correct it, the issue persisted, leading to insults from GINO. Please unban me; I did not intend for any of this to happen. I have been banned for three days without a response.
