I'd like to report that my account, CLARIEXY, has been hacked. Unauthorized purchases of limited items were made using my 1 Million+ ROBUX subscription to Roblox Premium. The limited items were transferred to accounts KENLOTHEWIN, MORsaVoladora89, and ADMIREXEVIE in quick succession. I suspect MORsaVoladora89 and KENLOTHEWIN are bot accounts linked to ADMIREXEVIE to conceal the scam. I request that the Playful Vampire and Super Super Happy Face limited items be returned to my account immediately or that the ROBUX spent on them be refunded promptly. While I was gaming, I got disconnected from my account as someone else accessed it. Upon checking, I realized my display name and avatar had been changed by the intruder. Strangely, the new display name matched that of a friend, who denied any involvement when I asked. To secure my account, I updated the password and activated two-step verification to prevent future unauthorized access. This incident left me feeling uneasy and I wanted to share the experience.

I had an old inactive account that I created before email verification was required. I recently tried to access it to see my old games but realized I no longer remember the password. Since I didn't set up an email on the account back then, I couldn't use the email verification to reset it. This account has purchased Robux, and I am hoping you can help me recover the password. On 12/19/[redacted] around 11:00 PM PT, my account was compromised. Unauthorized transactions for items and Robux were made by unknown individuals. I have followed the instructions provided on the help page by changing my passwords and enabling 2-step verification. I am now waiting for further guidance or a response to resolve this issue. I trust that appropriate actions will be taken against the player(s) involved in these illegal activities. I am hopeful to have my Robux and inventory restored to their previous states before these unauthorized changes were made. Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated. I've had issues with three of my Roblox accounts: cardib27kk, nickinajai475, and starbucksyas234. Over the past year, these accounts have either disappeared or I've been unable to log in despite multiple attempts to reset my passwords. This continuous loss of progress is very frustrating, and my attempts to get assistance via email have been unhelpful. I can provide evidence to verify that these accounts belong to me. Username: Starz60 While playing Pet Simulator, I witnessed a user trying to engage in a trust trade scam with another player in the lobby. Despite my initial comment of "trust trade <3" which was meant as a joke, my friends and I were actually cautioning the user about the scam. Trust trading is a well-known deceptive practice, and I was merely highlighting that fact. I never have and never will attempt to scam anyone. My only wish is to continue enjoying Pet Simulator, especially since I may miss out on the new event due to this misunderstanding. I'm disheartened by the ban and hope for its removal.

Hello, my friend L. and I recently had our accounts temporarily banned after being mistakenly accused of making racist comments. We let our younger cousins use our accounts to play, and although we were not informed of what was said, we apologize for any wrongdoing. We value and respect all races and cultures and assure you this will not recur. I created this account when I was 10 years old, and I accidentally clicked on the verification button, so now I need to verify my identity. I opened the Xbox app, then opened the Roblox app within it. I logged into my account, darky_lava. I intended to buy €50 worth of Robux and started purchasing €10 packs. I bought a total of 5 packs. After purchasing all 5 packs, I should have had [redacted] Robux, but my balance only showed [redacted] Robux. So, it seems I didn't receive one of the packs I purchased. I would like this issue to be resolved by being contacted directly by a Roblox assistant.

My daughter mistakenly redeemed her Robux on her old account instead of her new one. We kindly request the transfer of the $75 worth of Roblox, equivalent to [redacted] Robux, from her old account "Brenbren612" to her new account "BrenBren6120." This mishap occurred on December 25 around 11 am PST. Your assistance in making this transfer happen would truly turn a Christmas tragedy into a Christmas miracle for her. I've been attempting to buy Robux on the IOS app and website, but I keep encountering an error message. When I select my payment method and try to proceed to the next step, I'm unable to move forward due to an error. I'm looking to buy Robux without opting for a monthly subscription, gift card, or having to verify virtual cards from a different site.

My ROBLOX account was hacked after clicking a group link on Discord. The hackers changed the email associated with the account, leaving me helpless. They are now demanding $8 via PayPal to return access. I have the group's link for further investigation, but for safety reasons, I'm refraining from sharing it here. I was playing the Roblox game when unprovoked players began attacking me. In frustration, I responded by asking them to stop killing me if they hated black people, which unfortunately led to further aggression and racist remarks. I reported the individuals for their actions, but subsequently found myself banned from the game for my response.

I was playing a Roblox game titled "[WINTER SALE & UPDATE! ❄️💰] 🏨 Summit Hotels," when a high-ranking player, the president, banned me for using caps without proper grammar. I only used caps during a security meeting where I role-played as the Head of Security, named Melany (username: @melany_rolltide). Since I was wrongly banned, I wanted a refund as I can no longer access my rank. The cost of the Robux was [redacted], purchased from the user mightymoho.

Hello, I received a $25 gift card for Roblox as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem it, I received an error message stating, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try your request again later." I attempted to redeem the gift card on both December 25th and 26th, but the issue persists. I'm unable to return it to the store since it was a gift and was shipped to me without a receipt. Out of the 5 gift cards I received, only one is presenting this problem. Even after trying on different devices, I still encounter the same error. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My eight-year-old daughter received 11,[redacted] Robux for Christmas. She used it to buy pets and ride potions in the game Adopt Me! On the 26th, she cried for half an hour after realizing she had been hacked. All her legendary fly, ride pets were missing. Her favorite game is Adopt Me!, and she knows the hacker's username on Roblox - Boyanaklavak. She is devastated as she worked hard for those pets in the game over the last three years. Please take action and ban the hacker to help her.
