On November 17, [redacted], between 1:29 and 3:30 PM, his account was hacked by someone named "ellioman11" while he was discussing a trade for a halo on Royale High. The limited item "Death Metal Headphones" was transferred to the hacker during this time. The hacker seems to have taken over the account completely, changing the password and possibly the associated email address. This situation is distressing, and we are seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. Your prompt attention to this security breach is greatly appreciated. In [redacted], I was playing Roblox when someone offered me free Robux. They requested my account password, which I naively shared. This person accessed my account and even changed the password. Fortunately, I managed to regain control by changing the password and setting up two-step verification. Recently, I received 71 Robux from Roblox as a refund for unauthorized purchases made by the hacker, which included an item called Rocket Minigun from a game called Destruction Simulator by Silky_Dev. Since I don't play that game, I am hoping for a refund for the [redacted] Robux spent on the item.

While playing Roblox, I had to step away briefly and was automatically kicked out of my private server, which is standard. However, upon returning, I clicked the *LEAVE* button and tried to rejoin my server, but I kept receiving an error message saying, "Could not open Launcher, please try again in a few moments." Even after waiting for 2-3 minutes and refreshing the page, my account showed a message stating, "Account Deleted" due to a violation of the Terms of Use. The reason provided was for unauthorized/disputed charges leading to a suspension. I am baffled by this as I am certain I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior. How can I resolve this issue?

While playing Roblox, I received a friend request from a user called "wuvvingyou" who seemed interested in overpaying for one of my limited items, the "Gold Emperor of the Night," due to a special occasion. After accepting the request, she asked for proof that the item was genuine through Discord and demonstrated a method using a website named "Roblox Api." Despite following the steps and feeling reassured, she removed me as a friend before the trade, leaving me worried that I had fallen for a scam. Upon checking, I discovered my valuable items were traded to a suspicious account "TradingIsTheBest1003." I am now left with only a pair of Gucci glasses. I seek assistance in retrieving my lost items due to a regrettable oversight.

While there, his iPhone was used without his permission by the boyfriend's daughter, resulting in his account being disabled. Despite our attempts at resetting the account using my parental email for verification, we were unsuccessful due to the deletion of two-factor authentication information. I suspect that his mother may have been involved in this incident, as she has a history of making decisions without considering my son's well-being. I was banned for dating, but I believe it was a false report. The person who reported me did so because I reported them for bullying and being racist. I have been a long-time user and have never been banned before, so I am upset by this three-day ban. My account is johnyjthompson, and I would appreciate it if my account could be unbanned. I believe I was unfairly targeted by the person I reported, and I did nothing wrong to warrant this ban.

I was recently given a 7-day ban on my account p1nkvee, using a temporary email because I can't update it currently. I was banned for alleged harassment although I was just joking with a friend and never intended to harass anyone. My ban was based on a reply to my friend's statement, and now I'm facing a 7-day suspension for something that was misconstrued. I find it unfair that actual harassment is often overlooked and I'm being penalized for a harmless joke. Despite appealing, I was told the ban was valid, which I believe is incorrect. I urgently need assistance to access and modify crucial information on my account. It's distressing as I've faced real harassment without any action taken when reported. I appreciate any help resolving this matter.

A few weeks ago, I noticed an unfamiliar purchase in my bank account, which led to multiple unauthorized transactions made through iTunes using my PayPal account, resulting in a significant loss of funds. Despite partial reimbursement from Apple after proving that the purchases were not made by me or my son, there is still £[redacted] outstanding. Apple claimed the purchases were from my son's device, which is implausible due to his school schedule and limited device usage time at home. I contacted Apple regarding a pop-up message my son received while playing ROBLOX, indicating unauthorized access. My son, who only plays ROBLOX on our home device, also mentioned receiving a similar message coinciding with the unauthorized purchases. Additionally, he was unexpectedly banned from playing ROBLOX for 7 days.

I am writing from the Philippines regarding my hacked account on Roblox. Recently, I discovered that my account was compromised, and the hacker used up all my Robux and made changes to my profile. Despite regaining access to the account and securing it, I noticed another attempted breach today. I took immediate action by changing my password, securing my Google account, and removing unfamiliar devices linked to my account. Although I managed to reset my password using my linked mobile number, I struggled with the second verification through email. I did not receive any codes from Roblox, causing concern. While I hope my email is still intact, I have not received any notifications regarding email changes. Despite attempting the 9-character verification codes, none of the recovery codes proved to be effective. I kindly seek assistance in resolving this matter and regaining control of my account.

My account for my favorite game, Adopt Me, was hacked, resulting in the loss of many hard-earned and rare pets. The hacker used deceptive means, pretending to need my avatar for a game and then exploiting the information I provided to compromise my account completely. I am unable to access my account now as the hacker has changed settings and used login information. I am hopeful to regain access to my account or at least recover what I had in terms of pets on a new account. It's disheartening to see someone boast about stealing accounts and their pets, especially when it affects dedicated players. I'm feeling lost and unsure of what steps to take to resolve this situation and restore my enjoyment of playing on Roblox. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, Roblox. I recently had an unfortunate experience with a user named @BlockCitty. We had agreed to trade my limited items for a legitimate business hat. The total value of my limiteds was 9.4k RAP at the time of the trade, which took place on 11/26/21 around 12:03 Eastern Time. After agreeing on the trade, @BlockCitty sent two trades. The first trade involved 4 out of 5 of my items for a Gucci bag, and the second trade was for my remaining item in exchange for the business hat. Unfortunately, due to a robux issue, the trades became inactive and were rejected before I could accept. It was only after checking the tabs that I realized I had been scammed. I am requesting a rollback to help recover my hard-earned limited items. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Roblox.

Hello Roblox moderation team, I am a Roblox player who has enjoyed the game for six years before my main account was banned. About a year and a half ago, my account was banned after I sought support for items that were stolen by a JavaScript exploit. Despite requesting help from Roblox support to recover my items, my account was banned for being considered compromised. I have repeatedly asked Roblox how I can prove that the account belongs to me, but I keep receiving the same response that my account is compromised. My daughter encountered a distressing situation on Roblox last night. Other users continuously harassed her despite her attempts to ignore them and be kind. She woke up this morning to find her account deactivated, which is extremely unfair as she did nothing wrong. It's frustrating that she is facing consequences for being the target of harassment and false reports. The username in question is xkellyy0, and it's apparent that the system failed to investigate the situation properly before taking action against her.

While browsing on Discord, a user offered me a free pet in Adopt Me if I joined their private server. Following the link led me to a suspicious website called "Roblox.bar" that resembled the real Roblox site. Despite my login attempt, I ended up on a public page. Upon returning to the app, I found myself on the login screen but couldn't access my account with my password. This experience left me devastated, fearing the loss of my account. To prevent further issues, I created a new account named "dxathflwrsALT" after my original one, "dxathflwrs." Upon checking, I discovered all my items were missing, possibly due to a scam. Requesting assistance to resolve this troubling situation.
