Hello Roblox team, I have reached out to the creators of the games I enjoy, and they advised me to contact Roblox support for assistance, which I did. Despite my efforts, I am unable to access the game modes I purchased through gamepasses, having spent nearly 40,[redacted] robux. This issue persists across multiple experiences such as Bubble Gum Simulator, Giant Simulator, and Anime Fighters Simulator. I am looking for a solution to resolve this matter. Thank you, Luca

I was away from my main account for a day, and one of my younger family members used it to share some jokes. When I tried to log back in, I discovered that I was banned for "dating and sexting" for 3 days. My family member was making innocent jokes, but someone else was using much more inappropriate language. I feel this ban was unfair as I did not receive a warning. I reached out to the appeals team explaining the situation, but they dismissed my appeal without considering my side of the story. I only found out about the ban when my sister informed me, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication in this process.

I am a player of this game and I really enjoy it. My username is JohnyJThompson. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of my account. Before I left the game, there was an issue in the chat and I tried to reset by leaving, but now I can't log back in. I have had this game for approximately a month and a half, and I'm unsure what to do next. I would appreciate it if my account could be unfrozen, or if I could have a different account with all the items I had before, including my Robux and Premium in Brookhaven. If my account cannot be restored, I would like to request for the alternative account option. Thank you for addressing this matter. Blocking or freezing accounts without cause is not fair, and I am unsure why this occurred.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I've been waiting for almost an hour for the problem to be fixed. The issue with ROBLOX seems to be resolved, but we still can't access the site. I need to report a troubling situation involving a 12-year-old child who has been negatively impacting my 13-year-old daughter on various online platforms, including Discord and possibly Roblox. The child has been exposing my daughter to inappropriate and harmful content, such as sexual acts, conversations about suicide, hate speech, and encouraging dishonest behavior. I have attempted to address this with the child's parents and have saved all communication for reference. Despite this, the issue persists, as the child has recently re-engaged with my daughter on Roblox using the username Andyy. I am deeply concerned about this situation and believe it amounts to internet stalking. I request that appropriate actions be taken to prevent further contact between this child and my daughter. I was banned nearly two years ago and have been unsuccessful in getting my account reinstated. Prior to the ban, I had a demanding friend who pressured me into doing things I was uncomfortable with. Feeling controlled, I decided to make a change and blocked this friend. The following day, I discovered my account was terminated due to a decal or asset in a game we were developing that violated Roblox policies. Devastated, I lost contact with all my friends. I am reaching out to Roblox in the hopes of getting my account unbanned so I can reconnect with my friends.

I experienced extreme distress when Roblox was inaccessible for 18 hours. I felt anxious and had a panic attack upon realizing I couldn't access the site. This caused me to consider drastic actions out of desperation. Roblox is a significant part of my life, and I've spent a substantial amount on it, including purchasing items for myself and my girlfriend, CoolDjoleProGamerYT. The game introduced me to my girlfriend and allowed us to create beautiful memories together with our virtual family. Losing access to Roblox is causing me immense emotional turmoil, and I hope the issue is resolved soon to avoid further distress.

I recently got banned from my main Roblox account. I attempted to contact Roblox via phone, but I was unsuccessful. My ban was a result of using a free model, specifically a UTG model, without knowing its content. I received an immediate permanent ban, causing me to lose all my progress dating back to [redacted]. I never intended to release the game to the public, as it was for personal testing only. Despite explaining my situation, Roblox did not show any leniency and enforced a permanent ban. My username is 123Claninate123, and I also had developer payouts from creating small games. My aspiration of becoming a Roblox developer has been shattered due to this incident.

During the recent outage, I purchased roughly $[redacted] worth of Robux, adding $[redacted] from a Visa Gift Card. My last purchase was made just before the site went down. Prior to the outage, I had around 37,[redacted] Robux in my account. When I logged back in, it only showed about 1,[redacted] Robux, the amount I had before I made the purchases. I am interested in either getting a refund or, preferably, having my Robux balance restored, as getting a refund would result in me making the same purchases again.

I purchased eighty Robux on my phone, received a success message, and later checked my balance on my Macbook to find it unchanged. Despite the purchase confirmation from my phone, my Robux balance remains at two hundred and four instead of two hundred and eighty-four. It has been over four hours, and there is no update in my Robux balance. Even the transaction record on the Roblox website does not show the purchase. My phone confirmed the payment, thanking me for spending $1.09 on iTunes. I hope that Roblox can assist me in recovering the missing eighty Robux. Thank you, Roblox!
