While playing on Roblox today, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account only to find out that it had been hacked. The hacker made an unauthorized purchase with my Robux and traded my valuable items, including my *** Overseer's Eye, for a significantly lower price. My Roblox account is zerkx**, and the accounts involved in this incident are 'Cryptodawn', 'longtermapproach', and 'JonBush**'. I also suspect that 'longtermapproach' passed on the items to another account. I kindly request to have my items restored to me or receive new versions, get my Robux refunded, and have the responsible accounts terminated to prevent future incidents. The *** Overseer's Eye was a significant investment for me, and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I recently received a 7-day ban on Roblox for using an inappropriate term in a defensive manner, which I now regret. The incident occurred when I joined a friend in Bloxburg, and their friend became upset over our interaction, leading to conflicts and unnecessary name-calling. I have already apologized for my actions, but I feel the punishment is unfair considering the circumstances. I have been away from Roblox for some time and did not associate an email for verification initially. When attempting to log back in recently, I encountered a new 2-step verification process that required a code sent to an email I had not linked. Despite my efforts to contact Roblox support and test various email addresses, I am stuck without access. I received a reference number during this process, adding to the stress of not being able to retrieve my account on Roblox.

On August 20th, my account was hacked, resulting in the loss of 3 million in limited items on Roblox. When I reached out to Roblox for help, I faced accusations of hacking my own account and selling items offsite. Furthermore, they claimed I violated their terms of service by obtaining Roblox cards from a 3rd party site, which is not specified in their TOS. I believe Roblox's lack of assistance stems from the substantial loss and their indifference. Despite multiple pleas and unanswered tickets, they refuse to restore my items. It seems once Roblox denies a request, they completely disregard any further communication. This experience has led me to refrain from playing on Roblox. The platform's billion-dollar status does not excuse their neglect and lack of support for users. It's disheartening to have worked hard for items only to have them stolen, with Roblox turning a blind eye to rectify the situation.

My account has been hacked. My first name was deadlyxrudrax, my display name was Mythical_Regaltos, and the email I first registered with was [redacted] I never bought Robux. I am from India and created this account in India. Today, while trading with someone, he asked for my name. I shared it, and then I received an email about 2-step verification from Quebec, Canada. Now, I can't log in. Please help me. I connected my email ID to the account and have proof it's mine. I've been using this account for over 6 months in India, so I couldn't have moved to Canada. I encountered an issue with accessing my Roblox account. I suspect it was due to a compromised link because I couldn't join the game after logging in. When I returned after dinner, I discovered that a significant portion of my items in my royal high account were missing. These included 3 halos, [redacted],[redacted] diamonds, various sets like Royale Rebel, Valentina, princess star frost, shadow empress, winter guardian, as well as the parasol [redacted]. I am encountering difficulties logging into my Roblox account due to three primary reasons. Firstly, despite entering the correct password without any errors, the login page intermittently indicates that the password is incorrect. Secondly, upon resetting the password and surpassing the initial "Wrong Password" phase, I encounter issues with the 2-Step Verification process. After entering the verification code, instead of granting access, the system merely refreshes the page. This brings me back to the first issue. Lastly, after investigating on YouTube, I suspect that my account may have been compromised and subsequently banned due to unauthorized activities carried out by the hacker while I had no control over the account. I did not receive any warning messages regarding this.

I sent an email previously, but haven't received a response yet. Approximately two weeks back, I purchased a $10 Robux gift card from a local store. After redeeming the gift card, I verified that I am not a robot and received the free witch hat that comes with the $10 purchase. I even have a screenshot confirming that $10 would be added to my account, along with receiving the hat. However, it has been two weeks now, and I have not yet received the $10 worth of Robux.

My account was banned for using the word "gay," which I didn't mean as an insult or harassment toward anyone. I apologize for breaking the rule, even though "gay" is not meant as an insult. I haven't used that word in almost a year. I don't understand why saying "gay" would lead to such consequences. I feel it's unfair to face deletion for this. Losing everything, including my in-game currency, due to this deletion is disheartening. Please reconsider this ban as playing Blox Fruits on Roblox means a lot to me. I purchased an item, but after a week, it got deleted. I bought another one, and the same thing happened. This is the third time I've had to buy the same item. I would appreciate it if my Robux could be refunded. There were only ten, but for me, that meant a lot because they were some of my first Robux. My daughter's account, which she has had for years, was recently hacked and then deleted. Over time, she had gathered a collection of rare items by playing games daily. I cover the costs of her premium membership every month. Lately, she received notifications about the game being accessed from a different device, but she ignored them. Several weeks ago, she was unfairly banned for using inappropriate language, although I reviewed her messages and found no evidence of this. Her appeal was unsuccessful through the automated system. These occurrences lead me to believe her account was hacked. While she was playing a game, she suddenly saw a message stating her account was deleted. My Roblox account was recently deactivated when I tried to reset my password. When I suggested making a purchase through my Xbox account linked to Roblox, they declined to help further.
