I bought a Roblox gift card at my local Family Dollar at [redacted] Stuebner Airline Rd, Klein, TX, [redacted]. When asked by the cashier, I clearly stated I wanted to load $15 onto the card. Despite this, the cashier loaded $50 onto the card and I paid with a hundred dollar bill. Upon checking my receipt and change, I noticed the mistake. The manager, Martin, was called but refused to refund me. Another customer even heard us both request $15. Now I am stuck with a $50 card I did not intend to purchase, and the store won't rectify the error. - E.R.

Due to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, contacting Roblox for assistance proved difficult at that time. Over the past year, I have been attempting to recollect my Xbox Roblox password without success. Hello Roblox team, I kindly request assistance in unbanning my account. The username of my favorite account is "ChrisTheCuteGinger." Unfortunately, I am unable to log in and do not understand why it was banned. My mother is upset and has given me an ultimatum that if I cannot regain access to this account, I will no longer be allowed to play Roblox. This would be a significant loss as I have invested a substantial amount of money into customizing this account. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if my second account, "DeterminedDude341," could also be unbanned. This account holds sentimental value as I have valuable items like the Ice Breaker and Ice Blaster in Murder Mystery 2. The Ice Blaster was even unboxed, making it extremely rare. My account was compromised after someone from the Roblox team allowed access to my account, leading to the theft of limited items. I managed to restore my account by initiating a rollback. However, before doing so, I submitted a request to remove inappropriate content that had been uploaded, fearing the account could be banned. Despite requesting instant action, a mistake occurred. The deletion confirmation was sent to the second verified email, which was in the hands of the hacker, enabling them to steal more items during the rollback process. It's frustrating to see Roblox's error resulting in further losses and allowing the hacker to strike twice. This situation is entirely the responsibility of Roblox, not mine. I'm disappointed by the unfairness of it all, as I should never have been compromised twice. The hacker is now facing legal action for stealing USD 30k worth of items.

I'm not sure what happened, but I purchased Robux and Robux Premium, then while buying items in the shop, I got logged out unexpectedly. I suspect my account was hacked as I tried various methods, including watching videos and contacting customer support, but I kept getting redirected to my old account when trying to reset my password. I'm afraid I may not be able to recover my account, and I'm quite worried. Please assist me as soon as possible.

I am having trouble signing in to my Roblox account. Although I am confident that my password is correct and saved, the system does not accept it. Even after attempting to reset my password and going through verification, once I log back in with the new password, I am briefly granted access before being kicked back to the login screen. This cycle keeps repeating, making me concerned that my account might have been compromised. Just to clarify, I primarily use Roblox on my phone and not on a PC.

I received a notification to reset my password for my account, but I didn't provide an email or phone number during the registration. I have been unable to access my Roblox account for a while now. I attempted to log in on my iPad and phone, and also on two different Macbooks, but each time I received a "Security Notification" prompting me to reset my password. Unfortunately, when I tried to reset my password using both my email and phone number, I did not receive the verification code. Today, on August 10th, I encountered an issue while trying to purchase 40 robux on Roblox. Upon opening the app, I faced lag and glitches, which made it challenging to access the robux purchasing option. After a few attempts, it prompted me to set up Google Play Store, even though I had done it before on a different account. Despite encountering messages like "purchased canceled" and "this is the maximum amount of robux you can buy," I was still charged for the purchase. However, the robux did not reflect in my account. I even confirmed the charge through a message, but the robux were missing. I am certain that neither I nor anyone else used the robux, as none of my other accounts show any transactions. I am puzzled about this situation and unsure how to proceed next.

I've been attempting to access Roblox on various devices but keep encountering an issue where it says there is no internet connection, even though other apps that require internet are working fine. This has been preventing me from playing for a while now. My account, LightingBow128, has become unplayable, and I am concerned about potentially losing all the Robux items and passes associated with it. Today, I unfortunately fell victim to a scam between 3-5PM where I unknowingly gave away my Roblox account. I soon noticed the person's actions playing games on my account, changing my display name, password, and even my Gmail. Although I managed to recover my account password with the help of Roblox assistance, I am now facing a challenge with the account pin set up by the previous user. Despite filling out forms and attempting to contact Roblox by phone, I have been unsuccessful in removing the pin. Without the ability to set up two-step verification and my own pin, there remains a risk of another hack. I am unable to revert my birthday or verify my email without the pin. I urgently need assistance to regain control of my account and remove these unwanted restrictions.

I went to Dollar General store on August 12, [redacted], at 8:21 PM and purchased $40.00 worth of Roblox. However, when I tried to upload my Robux at home, the card was invalid. I have had this issue before with Robux purchases. The store manager advised me to contact Roblox for a refund, stating Roblox is responsible for the Robux. Yesterday at 6:30 pm EST on 8/12/[redacted], my ten-year-old son experienced a concerning incident while playing Roblox. An unfamiliar user, Landonisvibn, threatened him with doxing. Despite my son attempting to threaten another user earlier, when he told me about the situation, I had to intervene. I messaged the user as a parent to address the issue, but they continued to behave aggressively and even threatened that our home would be swatted. This prompted me to call [redacted] to ensure our safety. My son's username is velociraptor190000, and the username of the user Landonisvibn tried to threaten is Thedippin_dots. Overall, it was a stressful and alarming situation.

I am concerned about three kids, aged around 12-14, who are bullying a 10-year-old. They are using foul language and making threats of physical harm. I hope this situation can be resolved without involving the police, but their behavior must be addressed. It's unsafe for them to continue playing as they may target other young children. I realize using profanity was not ideal, and I regret not selecting my words more carefully. The repeated mention of "slur" and "fellow lgbtq" as offensive items in the ban feels unjust to me. I believe the ban should have targeted the homophobic user (CroManEr2) instead of me since I was simply defending LGBTQ+ as a member.
