Hello, Roblox team. My name is Hama Ali, a 15-year-old user. A few years ago, my Roblox account was hacked, and I couldn't address the issue then. I recently discovered GetHuman and am now able to reach out to you. It all started when my clothes were changed by someone on my computer. Despite changing the password, the hacker remained in control. The following day, I found myself logged out, with the hacker's devices connected. My attempts to regain access failed as I hadn't linked a Gmail or phone number. Reluctantly, I switched to using my brother's account, robinbahman123. Surprisingly, I discovered I was still logged in on my Xbox since it was linked. Living in Sweden made private contact challenging. I truly hope Roblox reads this and can arrange a call to discuss. I have supporting evidence. The account in question is hamaronaldo123.

My subscription for $4.99 is not functional. Despite receiving an email receipt from Google Play this month, the service has not been operational. I recently switched from a Galaxy Note 8 to a Galaxy Note 20 5g Ultra on the 13th and the subscription has not worked since. T-Mobile sent me a text confirming the charge on my account, but the service is still not working. My daughter's T-Mobile kid joy tablet has Roblox, which I manage from my phone. I have email receipts and a budget analysis of all Google Play purchases, but T-Mobile is blaming third-party apps and customers for connection issues due to upgrades on their towers. Even though my new phone has 5G capabilities, my area is limited to 4G. After 8 days of back and forth, I was informed of the actual situation. Samsung and Roblox have been helpful, but T-Mobile has been critical of both companies to numerous customers.

I bought $50 worth of Robux in 5 charges of $9.99 each, saving up to buy something in the game. However, upon logging in next, my Robux were missing. I suspect my account was hacked. I've changed my password and now I'm hoping to have the $50 worth of Robux restored to my balance. I don't need a refund, just the [redacted] Robux ($50 worth) back so I can continue saving for my desired in-game item. The purchases were made on 5/22/21. Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out to request the closure of my son's Roblox account under the username "rararudhff1" as it has been hacked by a user playing under the name "liloupoupie14." I am also requesting to file a complaint against this individual for the following reasons: The user "liloupoupie14" asked for my son's password, and due to his young age and lack of experience, he shared it on Tuesday, 18/05/[redacted]. Since then, my son has been locked out of his account, and "liloupoupie14" sent a message admitting to stealing the account and refusing to return it. Furthermore, this person has been sending insulting, threatening, and harassing messages through my son's account, as well as attempting to hack other players affiliated with my son. It is evident that my minor son has become a target of harassment by this malicious individual on your gaming platform. Additionally, there have been attempts to obtain personal information about my son through your site, raising concerns about the true age and intentions of "liloupoupie14." I urge you to permanently close the stolen account "rararudhff1" and take action to prevent further exploitation of minors by this user engaging in harmful behavior on your platform. Recently, I discovered that my account was compromised in a password leak on Vermillion, resulting in my items being sold off. Subsequently, my account was deleted. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account, changing the password, retrieving my items, and regaining control of a cherished childhood account that has been inaccessible for nearly a decade. I can provide a range of personal information to verify ownership of the account, such as details about my friends, the previously linked AOL email, locations visited frequently, past passwords, and more. My Limited item on ROBLOX was unexpectedly deleted by an employee. This item had previously been affected by a glitch but was restored. However, I am now facing another deletion of the same item without any clear explanation. Customer support is unwilling to assist further, stating that restoration is a one-time event for them. The ROBLOX employee responsible for this issue has ceased communication with me, leaving this unresolved for 19 days. Additionally, attempts to contact the employee's supervisor have been unsuccessful.

Today, my Roblox account suddenly got logged out, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn't log back in due to an incorrect password. When trying to reset the password via email, only my alt account appeared, suggesting my main account might have been hacked. I suspect the hacker removed my main account's email as my alt account is linked to that email. I've already contacted Roblox about this issue. Strangely, my main account has been inactive all day, making me wonder why the hacker isn't using it. I'm confused and concerned about what has happened to my main account. I would appreciate any assistance or explanation regarding this situation.

My daughter's account was unexpectedly deleted, causing her distress. The domain name for her account is Rice2H0t. She informed me that I reached out to address unauthorized charges. There is an ongoing investigation into potential identity theft involving T.J. Maxx. It appears an individual sent me phishing scams and has been making purchases with my credit card details under a false identity and email address. This unauthorized person, who is allegedly linked to T.J. Maxx, has been conducting fraudulent activities using my account information. I urge you not to close my daughter's account, as it seems someone connected to T.J. Maxx is engaging in fraudulent behavior. Apple is currently investigating this matter as well. Concerningly, they could not locate my Apple ID or email in their system. I suspect a similar situation may be occurring with Roblox. I have reached out to the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Protection Bureau regarding this individual who is utilizing my daughter's identity to engage in theft. They have manipulated my daughter's association with Apple and falsely disputed charges with Amazon Prime, resulting in a $55 loss and $[redacted] spent at Apple under a fabricated identity. There is concrete evidence that someone is impersonating my daughter. I have experienced multiple duplicate charges since March which were not authorized. My daughter is not responsible for this situation; an individual appears to be committing identity theft through breaching confidentiality. The purchases made using my account information are not delivered to my address, and my Netflix account has been accessed from two different states, resulting in additional duplicate charges. It seems this person is attempting to shift the blame to my daughter for their unlawful actions.

Two days ago, someone messaged me on Discord saying, "Hi friend, do you want to 1v1 me in MM2? If you win, I'll give you 20k Robux." I replied asking who they were, but they just said to join them if I was interested. I clicked the link they sent me and it asked me to log in. I used my TM_1001 account and entered my password "gunplanexusonline." Then, I completed step 2 of the verification process but still couldn't join the game. The next day, when I tried to play Adopt Me on my TM_1001 account, it said I needed to log in. Even though I entered my password and username, it wouldn't let me log in. I realized the link the person sent wasn't a real Roblox link because it said "iroblox" instead of "roblox." When I tried to message them back, I found out they had already blocked me. If you don't trust me, I have a lot of proof showing how I got hacked. It's a real issue with my TM_1001 account. If you need me to prove it, you can add me on Discord: rememberme#[redacted].

Recently, I've been experiencing issues with receiving emails from ROBLOX. This is becoming problematic as I depend on these emails to use my account, especially after switching between private mode and regular mode. Even after trying various troubleshooting steps like adding ROBLOX to my contacts, resetting my password, and going through the account recovery process, I am still not receiving any emails. At this point, I understand that the problem might not be on ROBLOX's end, but I am unsure of what steps to take next to regain access to my account. I am just looking for a way to resolve this issue and regain access to my account as soon as possible.

I am frustrated with the support service provided by Roblox. I was falsely accused of harassment when someone who had access to my account said hurtful things to others while I wasn't even online at that time. The lack of effort from the support team to investigate and help me resolve this issue is disappointing. The community seems to tolerate inappropriate behavior from certain individuals while unfairly punishing others like myself. I have been banned for a week due to something that was out of my control. I urge Roblox to consider both sides of the story before making accusations as this situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I am considering escalating this matter if it is not addressed properly.

Hello, I encountered an issue today where my account got hacked. My account on Roblox, horselover113377, was compromised as I was playing the game "Adopt Me." I noticed that some of my pets were missing, and upon checking the trade history, I could identify the user who took them. One day, I needed my 4-digit Roblox code to unblock someone. I contacted support and was assisted by someone named S. After this interaction, my password was changed, and I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. S. urged me to change my password to verify my identity. I attempted to do so by inputting my email address, but received no response. Subsequently, I tried using my phone number, another option provided, yet I did not receive the necessary 6-digit code via email. Upon contacting support once more, I was aided by J., who suggested using the email hint that S. provided, suggesting it began with "jos" and ended with "@gmail.com." This email was indeed my only form of contact. I feel compelled to express my frustration with this process, as it has caused undue inconvenience.

I purchased a lot of Robux and spent it on items that I later regretted buying. I tried to refund them using the Apple ID receipt, not realizing it was against Roblox's terms. After trying multiple times, I found out my items were still in use, but I got banned for violating the terms. I've sent appeals to Roblox support and got unbanned for a harassment issue after apologizing. However, I made the same mistake again and got banned once more. I've been too emotional writing appeals and got told I've sent too many already. I'm feeling upset and really want my account back.

During a Roblox game, someone offered me a GFX photo. They asked for my Discord name and Roblox handle. After following a tutorial, I couldn't access my Roblox account. The person claimed the same happened to them recently, but it seemed linked to sharing my handle. When checking through my sister's account, someone was changing settings on mine and impersonating me. They added my friends and now I can't regain access. I was banned from my account (katz2034) for a week due to a misunderstanding. I tried to correct someone who was using the word "gay" in a derogatory manner by stating "gay*". Unfortunately, someone reported me without considering the context of my message. I reached out to ROBLOX's support system three days ago but have not received a response yet.
