My son's Roblox account, "DLC07," was hacked, resulting in the loss of all his items and Robux worth approximately $1,[redacted]. He has dedicated numerous hours over the past five years to building up his account. After reaching out to Roblox support via email (support ticket: [redacted]0), their investigation determined that the "trade" was legitimate. However, the account that took his items was reported for hacking and subsequently banned by Roblox. There was no trade initiated by my son, as he was not even active in the game at the time. His account has had 2FA and email verification enabled for years, with no browser extensions or viruses present. I suspect the hacker might have exploited an API vulnerability to directly take his items from the Roblox platform. We are seeking resolution by having his items and Robux reinstated.

Recently, my email connected to my ROBLOX account was hacked after unknowingly downloading a Remote Access Trojan disguised as legitimate software. Despite reaching out to both my email provider and ROBLOX support multiple times, I have had no success in recovering my account. As a dedicated ROBLOX player and trader for years, I am deeply troubled by the possibility of my account being compromised by individuals aiming to steal and sell my ROBLOX limited items for real money. I find the lack of urgency in addressing this issue concerning, especially since I have invested in ROBLOX stocks. I am writing on behalf of my 7-year-old daughter. I am not familiar with this game, but she is upset because somebody hacked her account yesterday while she was not at home. Her phone was at home during that time. I believe your security measures are inadequate. Children worldwide are playing this game and being exposed to hacking incidents like this one. Kids like my daughter should be enjoying themselves, not dealing with account breaches. We are requesting the restoration of her account. I am concerned about Lil Nas X's new shoe, which appears to promote satanism through a collaboration with MSCHF. Furthermore, his upcoming video for Montero features him giving the devil a lap dance. I do not think such content should be associated with products that are accessed by young, impressionable children like my son. Our family invests a significant amount of money in Robux annually, and we actively encourage my son to engage with Roblox for its entertainment and educational benefits. It would be appreciated if this matter could be investigated. If necessary, we may need to explore alternative gaming options and cease purchasing Robux. I am a responsible parent who is simply committed to shielding my child from negative influences that contradict our family's values. My account was stolen, and significant changes have been made to it. I suspect someone managed to decipher my password. I recently observed the culprit online with a new avatar. I suspect they made unauthorized purchases on my account. Despite my attempts to request them as a friend, my requests were not accepted. My Email is [redacted], and my YouTube channel has around [redacted] subscribers under the name AmineZiad46, conducted in French. I am more comfortable in French than in English. In March [redacted], I started using a new account named AminneZiad46Off with a more secure password. Although I could progress with this new account, I noticed that my previous account, amineziad12345, was not just deleted but accessed by an unauthorized person. I seek assistance in recovering my account and changing the passwords to prevent further unauthorized access. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Recently, I have observed inappropriate behavior in a Roblox game called "LGBTQ Hang Out 2". The game is plagued with instances of online dating, sexual activities, and other disturbing behavior. The owner of the game, whose username is Swocks, seems to permit and even participate in these actions. Additionally, there are numerous hackers roaming the game without any intervention from the owner. The atmosphere created by swearing and offensive language further adds to the negative impact on the Roblox community and society as a whole. Personal encounters with Swocks have been disappointing, including unjustified bans and witnessing inappropriate conduct. Swocks openly mocks straight individuals and allows bullying and harassment to persist unchecked for years. The existence of a similar problematic game, "[TEMPORARY] LGBT Hangout V1," reflects an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed promptly. Swocks' behavior indicates a pattern of disregard for others' well-being and safety. I believe that the most effective resolution would be a permanent ban on Swocks and the removal of his games, "LGBTQ Hang Out 2" and "[TEMPORARY] LGBT Hangout V1." I want to stress the importance of addressing temporary bans as they impact future moderation records. Without a proper response, moderators may assume I am a repeat offender, leading to harsher penalties in the future even if deserved. I had hoped the team would review and respond within the week given for my ban. Even a confirmation of the ban validity would have been preferable to no response at all. Every time I join a game on the Roblox mobile iPad app, my screen glitches. The screen spasms, sometimes flashes, and appears frozen, creating the illusion of someone hacking, although it's not the case. The audio continues, I remain in the game, and others see me standing still. Given my epilepsy, this situation is hazardous. I've observed similar issues affecting others in videos. I canceled my membership when I removed my credit card from my Google Play and Xbox accounts to prevent any further charges. However, ROBLOX still charged me for the premium membership using the credit card information saved in their system. My dad and I are quite disappointed by this oversight. The recent charge needs to be refunded to the card it was charged to. The charge was for the premium membership and happened within the last week. I canceled the membership, and I would appreciate an immediate refund for the charge.
