Hello, My sister and I received a $[redacted] gift card from Amazon. When we entered the card number, it showed that the funds were added. However, upon checking, I found 0 robux added to my account while my sister received over [redacted]. We would like to have this discrepancy corrected. Additionally, I am experiencing issues accessing my Roblox account under the username Kidswalkandplay after changing the password. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to the account. It is important for us to have the full amount of robux credited to our accounts; otherwise, I may have to leave a negative review for Roblox. Thank you.

I recently experienced a scam in Roblox Traitor involving my Godly Clown Hammer, a rare item that is no longer available in the game. The incident occurred when someone offered to trade me a legendary Shadow Dragon in Adopt Me in exchange for the Godly Clown Hammer and another valuable item in Traitor. To build trust, we first traded in Adopt Me, where he asked me to temporarily return two of his legendary items to show trust. After returning the items, I felt comfortable trusting him. He proposed that we trade in Traitor but only complete half of the trade by offering the Clown Hammer first. He promised to return the Shadow Dragon in Adopt Me before completing the trade in Traitor. Unfortunately, after I traded him the Hammer in Traitor, he left the game and removed me from his friends list.

My child informed me about their Roblox account being hacked, prompting unauthorized purchases. I acted quickly, contacting my card company to halt these transactions. Despite my child regaining access to the account, it was banned. Multiple attempts to seek assistance from Roblox support were unfruitful. The support team advised me to authorize the purchases made during the breach to reactive the account, placing an unfair burden on us. I believe this resolution is unjust as my child didn't make those purchases. In September, my Roblox account was hacked, and all my items were stolen. When I reached out to Roblox four days later, one employee was unhelpful. Upon my second contact with support, they claimed it was out of their timeline. Despite me explaining the previous poor service I received, I'm still left frustrated. I possess evidence and relevant information to support my claim, and I simply want my items restored.

Hello, I purchased $[redacted] worth of Robux on 3/13/21 and as a member, I received 11,[redacted] Robux. After spending 1,[redacted] Robux that same day, I should have had 10,[redacted] left. However, when I woke up on 3/14/21, I only had [redacted] Robux remaining. Upon checking my account, I discovered three completed trades from the previous night. These trades involved two different usernames, pessegosagradaveis and ummno_goaway, who traded items totaling around 10,[redacted] Robux between themselves. Both accounts seem to have multiple limited items similar to what happened to me. My username is volleyballperson12, and I did not authorize these trades as I was saving up for something. I am requesting assistance in retrieving my lost Robux and potentially taking action against these accounts by locking or banning them.

I was trading on a site where most users play a popular game, Adopt Me. I offered my in-game items for theirs, and they agreed, sending me a link. The link was supposed to add them as a friend, but when I tried to sign in, I ended up giving away my Roblox username, password, and even 2-step verification code to a hacker. They gained access to my account, changed my items, added a pin, and removed my parent account. I reached out to Roblox for help, but they didn't mention anything about pins. I was playing a game on Roblox on my account "TheyearthatmeIike" and enjoying Bloxburg until a kid hacked my account, changed my password, and unfriended my friends. I had invested lots of Robux and now everything is gone, including my legendary items and group. The hacker even changed my avatar to something ugly. I feel very upset, even my friends think it was me. I am considering quitting Roblox as I can't connect with my friends anymore. I hope to regain access to my account but it seems unlikely. My friends are now boasting about their Robux while I am left with nothing. It's hard not being able to play or chat with friends who meant a lot to me in the game.

I have purchased outfits on Roblox with my own money and I'm frustrated to see that the clothes I bought keep disappearing from my inventory. I hope Roblox can address this issue and improve their system so this doesn't happen anymore. It's disappointing to lose items that I paid for, and I wish they would refund us or remove the outfits from the store if they are causing issues. Today, I tried to log into my Roblox account, but when I attempted to sign in, it repeatedly said my password was incorrect. I haven't changed my password, as it's very simple and easy for me to remember. I was playing Roblox just last night and decided to try a mod, which prompted me to update the game. After updating, I faced the password issue. Strangely, I can log in using Google, but not on my mobile where it usually works fine. I'm unsure if downloading a Roblox APK mod from Google affected this. I'm feeling frustrated not being able to access my account on my phone. While enjoying a game of Adopt Me, I received a Discord notification from a person interested in using my avatar outfit for their game, offering payment in return. Naively, I agreed and followed the provided instructions: right-click my avatar, access the network option, refresh the page, click the download button labeled "export har," and send the file. Shortly after, my device alerted me about being accessed from another account. Confronted, the individual admitted to hacking me. I attempted to reset my password and contact my mom (as her email was linked), but only messages regarding my alternate account were getting through, complicating my recovery efforts. Desperate to regain access as my progress and account security are at risk, I'm seeking urgent help to reclaim control before any further harm occurs.

I recently requested to cease the charges on my account as I did not authorize them. I have deleted the app from my phone. Please refund the two charges of $19.99 each to my card and remove my card from your system. If this is not resolved, I will report this as fraud. Despite removing the app last month, I am still being charged. I no longer have an iPhone, yet the charges persist. I insist on the immediate termination of these charges. I will contact my bank about this matter.

I have been trying to contact Roblox for some time to retrieve my old account, (broly[redacted]89), which has been untouched for nearly five years. This account means a lot to me, as I was hacked and lost everything, even experiencing a swatting incident. I have no official proof of ownership, but I remember old passwords and the email associated with the account. Additionally, I found an old YouTube video of myself playing a game nine years ago where I commented that I am broly[redacted]89. Hello, could you please assist me? I was on Roblox today, but unfortunately, when I attempted to play a game by clicking on the play button, the game malfunctioned. It repeatedly glitched and disconnected from Roblox. I logged out, then back in, but the game still wouldn't launch. It's frustrating when the games work intermittently, and it's disappointing not being able to enjoy Roblox. I have purchased a lot of Robux on this account and I want it back. I have tried to log in multiple times, followed all the steps, and even contacted Roblox support and YouTube for help, but nothing has worked. I am currently experiencing numerous issues with Roblox.
