Every time I try to play the game "Adopt Me," it consistently kicks me and my brother out when we try to enter the town area on the map. Even though we can spawn in the game initially, we get kicked out after about 3 minutes, and if we try to enter the town area, we're kicked out after just 5 seconds. Many others have also reported this issue, and I hope it can be resolved soon.

I purchased a €15 voucher and redeemed it on Roblox to buy robax. When I tried to use it in Adopt Me, the balance was not there even though I had [redacted] Robax minutes earlier. After exiting, my money disappeared, leaving only €1.16 unused. My robax are also missing. I'm unsure if I've been hacked. I just want my robax back or a refund! Please assist me.

I need my account reinstated; it has been banned for a month due to content in my game. I am frustrated and if not resolved soon, I will be upset and disappointed. I wish to have access to my account with the username XxImElmoHeHexX restored. The password, XxImElmoHeHe, is correct despite the error message. Re-enabling my account would make me very happy. I have had an account for over seven years, but I can't recall the password. Each time I try the last password I remember, it is incorrect. I have not accessed this account for at least a year. I would appreciate assistance. I am willing to provide billing information if necessary. Previous staff members suggested contacting my main email, but I do not have access to it. I do remember the email address associated with the account.

My account has been banned, and I do not understand why. I am requesting to have my account unbanned immediately. I have tried to seek help, but unfortunately, no assistance has been provided. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action and involve my legal representatives. As a top 1% customer, I believe I am entitled to better treatment than what I have received. My account was compromised, and 8.7k robux along with all my limited items were taken by an unauthorized user. Despite having two-step verification in place, my valuable items like Silver King of the Night, Black Iron Horns, and Perfectly Legitimate Business hat were still stolen. I've been using this account since [redacted] and I'm hopeful for an account restoration if feasible. The culprit goes by the username goodeveninggovna. The incident occurred on 21/12/20 between 4PM-11PM GMT.

My son's account was hacked recently. I have submitted multiple requests to change the password via email and phone, but I have not received any response. The account name is jaydubsson. Additionally, I have been trying to cancel a monthly robux subscription, but the only contact number I have, [redacted] for Roblox Aust, gives a disconnected message. The subscription renews on the 1st of each month, and I would like to cancel it before then. Thank you. - John White

I upgraded to Premium on June 21, but did not receive the benefits initially, so I had to purchase it multiple times to activate it. Every month, my dad renews the subscription for me. In November and December, despite my dad renewing it, I did not receive the Robux or the ability to design clothes due to a message indicating I needed a Premium subscription. Despite my dad's efforts to repurchase Premium, it showed we were already subscribed. I then uninstalled Roblox, reinstalled it, but the issue persisted. We seek a refund for the extra Premium purchases and resolution to activate my Premium benefits. Interestingly, my sister's Premium is functioning correctly. My Roblox username is pinksunflowers12345, and my sister's is bckyboo. It's my birthday today, and the Premium not working has dampened my spirits. I hope for a genuine solution without any misleading practices.

While playing Adopt Me, I encountered a girl who suggested a "trust trade." Initially, she displayed impressive items like a Ride Cerberus and a Fly and Ride Kitsune. Unfortunately, after I initiated the trade, she swiftly declined and I resorted to threatening her to return my belongings. Despite my warnings to involve the server in reporting her, she promptly disconnected and removed me from her friends list. As a consequence, I lost my valuable pets and purchased items. I am considering reaching out to the Roblox creator to discuss potentially banning Adopt Me due to instances of scamming and the misuse of Robux in the game.

My Roblox account Tr**Ral**YT was hacked. The password is *********. If changed, please help me recover it and change it to *****************. I am the original owner. Yesterday, while playing with a friend, it said someone else was using my account. I checked with my mom, and my sister wasn't using it. Then I was logged out and can't sign back in. Upon participating in a game named "Ramenislegendary" on my account, I was enticed with a reward for joining. Subsequently, I claimed the reward and somehow ended up disclosing my password. Regrettably, I discovered the next day that someone had altered the password and was utilizing my account. I bought Robux for my daughter, but the next day they disappeared. She checked her purchase history and found out that someone had accessed her account and spent the remaining 1,[redacted] Robux on a game pass for "AJ Scooters," which she did not buy. This has happened before. Her username is gabrielle1352. I will contact Apple Support to reverse all charges if this issue is not resolved.

I had my account named Shado_wrath with the email address [redacted] Although I only made a few small purchases, like 5 robux, I would like to recover my old account. My dad sells in-game characters, and in one instance, an email was needed for character transfer. When the character was sold, the associated email was also lost. This email was used for my two-step verification, and now I cannot access it because it's no longer mine. While playing Royale High, a message appeared about the account being accessed on another device. This has happened before, but this time I got kicked out of the game and my entire account was logged out. When I try to log in, it just takes me back to the Home Screen and asks to add a friend before booting me again. I am extremely frustrated as I have invested years and a lot of money into this game. Good day, I am having trouble logging into my Roblox account because it says I need to have access through an email, but the issue is that I have an old email linked to my Roblox account that I no longer have access to. I am experiencing difficulty accessing certain pages on Roblox. Upon entering www.roblox.com, an error message stating "The custom error module does not recognize this error" appears. I have attempted to access the site using five different web browsers, even after clearing cookies and cache, with no success. The support pages for Roblox and most of the site remain inaccessible. It seems to be region-based as some of my friends are able to access the platform without any issues.

I reached out to Apple regarding an issue with my app purchases. Upon contacting them, I was surprised to find that my previous purchases weren't listed in my history. This came as a disappointment as I've invested a significant amount of time and money into the game. As I'm maturing, I realize the futility of this expenditure. I would kindly request the removal of all my subscriptions and purchases across all Roblox games, including Catalog purchases with Robux. Additionally, I would appreciate either an iTunes refund or a Robux refund, whichever is possible. Thank you.

Similarly, I've encountered another issue with charges totaling up to £[redacted] from trav_ox. As a carer, these unexpected expenses are a significant burden.
