My account (BlackCracker789) was hacked. I didn't receive any emails about the account, and then my Roblox account was also hacked. The hacker set up their email and changed the password. I can prove that I am the rightful owner because the initial password on the account was [redacted]0. If I was the hacker, why would I be seeking help here? When you see that the initial password was [redacted]0, could you reset the new password to my old one? Please remove the email from the account. You can reach me at [redacted] I can't access my purchases because I no longer have an Apple ID.

My sister had a negative encounter on Brockhaven. Another player threatened to hack our account, which led to changes being made to my avatar and property in Bloxburg. Despite changing the password, the account was dissolved, and I was logged out. Even after resetting the password, the hacker still has access. This situation has caused me great sadness as I have invested a significant amount of money into that account.

My Robux went missing. I purchased [redacted] Robux on December 7th, [redacted]. After using some of the amount, my balance was [redacted]. However, upon logging in after being offline for two days, my balance was only in the '50s. I believe I might have been hacked as the Robux vanished. While in Bloxburg, a roleplayer befriended me, and shortly after, she messaged asking if my password was correct. Despite knowing it was, I denied it. Moments later, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Re-entering my password proved futile as it kept saying "password is incorrect." Regrettably, I now realize I have been hacked. I seek assistance in reclaiming my account under the username "K_M." Prior to the hack, my password was "Kate18." Kindly help restore my account as I have invested significant time and money into it.

I posted about this issue two days ago, but I remain concerned about not being able to regain access to my account. When I attempted to log in to my account "vainvor," I received an error stating the information was incorrect. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to access my account. This suspicion was confirmed when I noticed the account showed online activity 5 hours prior when I had not been using it. I attempted to access my Roblox account to play a game. Upon entering my username and password, I received an error stating the login information was incorrect. Suspecting a typo in my password, I initiated a password reset. After successfully changing my password, I tried logging in again but continued to receive the same error message. I recently enabled 2FA on my account last night. However, this morning when I tried to log in, I found myself logged out. Upon checking my security notifications, I read that my Roblox password had been reset for the safety of my account. I then checked another email connected to my Roblox account, and I noticed that I only had the option to reset passwords for Jordan1w and JORDANCOMEAUX, but not for my other account, k[redacted]. Additionally, when I tried to access Roblox Studio, it informed me that my account was locked.

My username is Prim62279. Yesterday, my account was hacked while playing a game called "Paranormica." It logged me out and when I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect. I remember purchasing Robux on April 2, [redacted], around 8:58 pm for $20, and later with a $10 Roblox gift card, getting [redacted] Robux. I mostly spent it on "Bloxburg" and a few outfits for my avatar. At the time of the hack, I had over [redacted] Robux in my account. I didn't link an email or phone to my account. I have already contacted Roblox about an issue with my Visa card being hacked and used for unauthorized Robux purchases. My son's account was terminated due to disputed charges, and he is upset as he has spent a lot on the game. I would appreciate it if the company could investigate this matter. Dear Coeptus, I started playing Bloxburg about a year ago. It's a great game. I managed to earn 6 million by working at the hairdresser, pizza place, and my friends' places in Bloxburg. Building my beautiful house with the money was a long but rewarding process. I still need to finish it, but it makes me very happy. I also have 2 million at my friends' places where I worked as a cook and other jobs like babysitter, pizza server, and hairstylist. It took me over 8 months to earn all that. Recently, when I tried to build a cellar, I got banned for allegedly using cheats or hacks. I was devastated because I worked hard for everything. I hope you can help me. While playing a game with my friends, I was joking around and mentioned that I could smell someone from Africa in a humorous way. Unfortunately, the girl in our game misunderstood and got offended, reporting me. As a result, I was banned for a week. The moderator warned that repeated bans for similar incidents could lead to a permanent ban from Roblox.

We've exhausted all options, from reaching out to Roblox through emails and phone calls to contacting them via social media. We even tried getting in touch with employees and reaching out to PayPal, the platform used for purchasing robux. All we want is to regain access to our accounts. This situation has caused me immense stress and led to deep depression, especially since I have cherished these accounts for three years. I refuse to let Roblox off the hook for this unacceptable situation. The appeal system seems pointless if it doesn't yield success. All I am asking for is to have our accounts reinstated.
