My account was hacked, and I used to have a flyable rideable frost dragon in Adopt Me. Someone in my server promised a free neon fly ride draft if I joined their game. They asked for my password to add it for the mega fly ride giraffe. After inputting the information and signing in, I got concerned and turned off my phone. Upon returning to Roblox, I was prompted to log into my account again.

Upon logging into my account (DancingTOKYO), I noticed it had been deleted for Unauthorized Purchases, which is not accurate. I had explicit permission from the cardholder to buy robux. Despite emailing Roblox and having my cousin assist in writing an email, they claimed I was not the account holder, even though I am. I typically use my mother's email as I forgot mine. My cousin mentioned that resolution might take days or weeks. This situation is new to me, and I am anxious because I had valuable items in my inventory, and I spent a significant amount on robux. I find this unjust. Just a quick update, there has been no response from ROBLOX yet. They mentioned in an email that they would contact me in a few days, but it has been four days since the incident. Unfortunately, I am unable to call their UK number.

Today, I logged into Roblox and discovered that my [redacted] Robux pack purchase from yesterday had disappeared along with all my premium pets in Adopt Me. I also noticed unfamiliar trades in my history, all going to one person. I invested real money into these items and would appreciate help in recovering them. Looking forward to your assistance.

For the last four days, I've been experiencing significant delays when trying to load the Roblox website. Despite having a stable internet connection and ensuring my Chrome browser is updated, I'm unable to launch any games. I've attempted to access the site using a different browser and on another computer, with no success. I've also cleared my browsing data, reset my PC, and tried reconnecting to the internet, all to no avail. I'm at a loss as to what else I can do in this situation.

My granddaughter installed Roblox on my computer without asking, and now I'm getting billed $4.99 monthly for a service we never use. She doesn't reside with me, so I don't have her login details. The charges are coming out of my bank account. How can I remove Roblox from my PC and halt these automatic payments? My granddaughter is Kayley S., and I am Reba S., the one being charged.

I recently added $[redacted] to my son's and my iTunes shared account for his birthday. He is having trouble making purchases and keeps getting an error message saying the purchase cannot be completed. We have tried creating a new account on his phone, but the issue persists. I am seeking assistance with my Roblox group that got locked for a violation I did not commit. The reason given was regarding buying, selling, or trading Robux or items outside of the Roblox platform, which I have never done. I would like to have my group unlocked and the warning removed from my account. Despite reaching out to ROBLOX via email on 06/12/[redacted], I have not received a response yet. Hello, at 4:35 AM today, my male friend from Discord sent me a link while I was on my computer. Even though I didn't know him well, he seemed cool. I was busy with graphic design work, so I clicked the link without much thought. The link redirected me to my online profile. Shortly after, I joined a new friend on Roblox, but the link caused my account to be accessed from a different device. When I realized my account was compromised, I discovered that my Robux balance of 60 was gone. Upon checking my profile, I found a strange message in my bio that I quickly removed. After removing the PIN from my account for a friend to play, I started worrying about potential hacking. Unfortunately, after contacting support, my account got logged out, and now my estimated value in the game is 13,[redacted] Robux, which is equivalent to [redacted] dollars.

Hello, my username is Lyssmiss09. I have been experiencing an issue where every time I buy Robux online, my card is charged twice, but I only receive the [redacted] Robux once. Today, I tried to resolve this problem by changing my credit card through Apple Pay, but when I made another Robux purchase, I was billed once on each credit card again. I would like to keep purchasing Robux on my account but I need either a refund of the missing Robux to my ROBLOX account or a refund to my credit card. I'm a 63-year-old woman, and I don't have ROBLOX nor know what it is, I've been told it's an online game. I have noticed four unauthorized charges of 4.99 on my Vanilla gift card that I received for my birthday. Living alone, I am certain that no one else could have made these charges. I have contacted Vanilla gift card support, and they advised me to reach out to ROBLOX for a refund.

My son Preston was playing the game "Islands" on Roblox. His username is Prestonda_gamer. He had granted someone rights to his island because that user seemed friendly. Preston had recently spent 3 million coins on a Red Bronze Refinery in Islands. The person he gave rights to goes by the username wonder_kid287. Preston requested his red bronze refinery back, but the individual asked for a Trophy in exchange. When I intervened and asked for the item back, the person laughed at me, used inappropriate language, and even suggested self-harm. This behavior is unacceptable, especially towards children who work hard on the game. I tried contacting Roblox Corporate to report the issue but haven't received a response yet. I also plan to reach out to the game owner via Twitter (@LukeChatton) for assistance. I am deeply upset by this incident. It's crucial to address this user's behavior to prevent further scams and inappropriate language towards children playing the game. I am reaching out because my Roblox account, Baylin4562, was banned for Authentication theft. I want to explain what happened. Initially, my grandma purchased builders club for me for a month, and after the month ended, it continued without my knowledge. I assumed my grandma had repurchased it again when it extended for another month. However, upon realizing these recurring charges, my grandma canceled the purchases, resulting in my account being banned. I am unaware that I had to cancel the subscription after a month, and I sincerely apologize for the oversight. I am willing to purchase Robux to rectify the situation if necessary. Hello, this is James. I encountered an issue logging into my account (vainvor) as the correct information didn't work. It stated I was online 5 hours ago, which is inaccurate since I was at school. This indicates someone may have accessed or hacked my account. Any assistance would be highly valued. Additionally, I noticed my account is not connected to my Gmail, which is unusual, suggesting the individual may have altered it.

I was banned from Roblox without reason. I did not scam anyone; I was actually being scammed. Despite being falsely reported, I have evidence of the attempted scam where someone asked me to trust trade for a dream pet, which I recorded. The scammer left the game after the trade, yet I was the one penalized.
