Dear ROBLOX Team, I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident involving my ROBLOX account. A while back, a close friend of mine, "flashyfades," whom I had trusted for years, scammed me for over 85k+ value of Limiteds. The scam occurred on 2/8/[redacted], where he promised to help me find a specific limited item in exchange for my items, only to disappear and send me hateful messages on Discord, which I can no longer access. I understand I may have been naive, but I later found out I wasn't his only victim. After reaching out to your team via email immediately after the incident, I was disheartened to receive a response stating that you couldn't assist in recovering my items. I have attached proof of the scam for your reference in the hopes of a possible resolution. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon. Someone falsely reported me, and now I am unable to access my account. It says I am banned for 7 days due to a fake report. The situation arose when someone made offensive remarks about being gay, and when I reported them, they retaliated by falsely reporting me. The offending user, WomenArentFunnyAhaha, continued with inappropriate comments, leading to reports from other users. Now, I am unable to play Roblox due to this unjust report.

Hello! My name is Lilly. My sister attempted to access her alternative Roblox account, "LillyMeow_Hello," but the password was not working. Despite entering the correct username and password several times, we could not log in. The account does not have any Robux. I have not shared my password with anyone. This account is important to us as it has connections to many long-lost friends. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated as my sister is quite upset. Thank you.

There is someone on Discord who asked for my Roblox username to play together. I provided it (my name is peligrin123), and then he somehow gained access to my account with cookies and began threatening me. Eventually, he accidentally revealed his face. I believe I have his IP address because I warned him that my dad would contact a Roblox developer if he didn't stop stealing accounts, and he shared his IP on a screen share while Googling "what's my IP.” I asked him not to harm my account in exchange for not reporting him, but he still accessed my account, removed some friends, and added a PIN. I am upset because my account dates back to [redacted], and I have spent a significant amount of money. I hope someone can assist with this issue. Also, he appears to be around 10 years old, which is below the age restriction for using Discord (I am 13 and can provide identification if needed).

I allowed my friend to use my phone when her screen time was up, not realizing it was linked to my iPad. I logged out and couldn't log back in, which left me devastated. Despite trying to reset my password and sending emails to Roblox for help, I haven't received any codes or assistance. I miss my account on Roblox, particularly all my progress in Royal High. Starting over is not an option for me, and every time I attempt to access my account and find it missing, I end up in tears. I feel helpless and desperate for a solution. If anyone has any advice or knows how to resolve this issue, please help me.

I'm having trouble logging into my account even though I know my password is correct. I suspect it may have been hacked after I entered my information on a website promising free robux. Email: [redacted] My account was first banned on Oct 22, [redacted] due to a billing error which was promptly resolved on Oct 23, [redacted], allowing the account to be reopened. However, on Oct 28, [redacted], the account was banned again without any new issues. Despite my efforts over the past 6 weeks, including requesting supervisors and appeals, the issue remains unresolved. As a long-time user who has invested both time and money into the account, I find it frustrating that Roblox has not corrected this mistake.

Hello, my ship in Roblox Studio had been working fine, but during the last test, it suddenly stopped working. First, it was lagging, and then it crashed, ever since then the ship doesn't function as it should! It's frustrating when you put effort into building something, and it doesn't work properly. The issue started after completing the first test. Everything was working, but during the second test, it stopped functioning correctly.

I have an account called xX101PandaQueen101Xx. Recently, a so-called friend of mine hacked into my account after promising to give me more robux in exchange for my password. Regrettably, I fell for it, and now I've lost access to my account. I had invested a significant amount of money into buying robux and had valuable items and friends on that account whom I miss dearly. Is there any way I can recover my account from this situation?

About a month or two ago, Roblox released a new update, which got me excited. I downloaded it immediately and jumped into playing. However, after logging in with my correct account and password, I got kicked out to the login screen after just a few seconds. I repeatedly tried to log in but faced the same issue. I'm hesitant to create a new account because I have Bloxburg and have invested in many Roblox games over the years to reach this stage. I hope to hear from you soon. Best, Ginny2267

My account was banned because my cousin played on it and created a group without my knowledge. I allowed him to use my account while he was at my house for a party and feeling bored. When I checked on him, I discovered the group he had created, and I was upset with the name he chose. I promptly made him stop using my account and attempted to delete the group but couldn't find a working method despite searching online with my mom. After 10 minutes, I realized my account had been banned for 7 days, and I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I've noticed a discrepancy in my recent transactions where a shirt was purchased for $3,[redacted], when the actual cost was much lower. I did not make this purchase. I would like a refund for the overcharged amount and the $40 I spent. On December 3rd, [redacted], two transactions of $19 each went through my card, but when the servers were down and I logged back in, the $3,[redacted] charge was gone. This is my fifth email, and it has already been one day since my account was banned. It happened because a family member created a group with an inappropriate name. I tried to delete the group and even spent more Robux to create a new one, but the ban persists. I really need my account back as I have a tournament in Shindo life upcoming. I have been tirelessly trying to resolve this issue and have been up all night. I am feeling overwhelmed and desperate as I try to figure out how to get unbanned. I have not slept at all, so this message will be short. When my cousin wanted to play Roblox on my computer, I allowed him, but he created a group with an inappropriate name without my knowledge. Despite my attempts, I couldn't change or delete it. I hope Roblox can unban me before Monday, as I have an important tournament approaching in Shindo life.

In November, I encountered an issue with logging into my account. It started on November 19. Despite not being hacked, I got logged out and haven't been able to log back in since. When I attempt to log in, it keeps saying the password is wrong. I've tried resetting it via email, but I'm not receiving the password reset email. I remember when I was hacked, I received an urgent email to reset my password, but this time, I'm not getting anything. I reached out to Roblox Customer Support and got an email confirming my ticket submission, but I usually receive emails promptly. I really want to regain access to my account, so I'm hoping for some assistance. My phone is currently not working, so I'm unable to receive texts. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my debit card from your app totaling $69.99, 2 charges of $5.49, $4.99, and $1.39. My children made these purchases without my knowledge. I kindly request a full refund of these charges promptly. It is concerning how easily children can make purchases without additional verification steps. Hello, under the username "vclumsyxit," I encountered a scam yesterday where two users tricked me into providing an authentication ticket to supposedly upgrade my rank in a game they claimed to be admins for. Naively, I shared the ticket, allowing them access to my account. Despite my attempts to log out, it didn't work, and they threatened to upload inappropriate content to my account if I didn't give them my PIN. I refused, and they carried out their threat. I blocked them afterwards, but I'm deeply concerned about my account. I invested a significant amount of money into it, and I simply want to regain access to it.

Hello, I use the username "vclumsyxit." I recently fell victim to a scam where two users hijacked my account. They requested an authentication ticket under the guise of needing it for administrative purposes in a game. I unfortunately provided the ticket unknowingly, allowing them access to my account. Despite my attempts to log out from all devices, it was unsuccessful. The scammers then threatened to upload inappropriate content unless I shared my account pin, which I refused. Subsequently, they went ahead and uploaded the content. I took the step of blocking them afterwards, but I am deeply concerned about the security of my account. I am seeking assistance to recover and restore my account, which has been tampered with by these malicious hackers.
