Hello, Emailing to ask for advice on why I keep getting an il saying "We're sorry. We were unable to process your Digital Gift Card order from Roblox".*I don't understand why I keep getting this response when attempting to purchase a card. I've filled out all of the fields correctly and done everything correctly. Is it because I have too many previous purchases? or is there another reason? The email stated that a refund would be given, but I have not received one yet (* days)
