My daughter (member bmcrules****) bought $** worth of robux today. She had an account balance of *** robux. Within minutes a transaction was made (NOT by her) for a barn-owl t-shirt to member erdhjedjhdrejerjerj) for all *** robux. This is not the first time she has had robux disappear from her account. I changed her password after this occurred. We would like the *** robux balance put back onto her account and the barn owl T-shirt removes from her inventory.

GetHuman-bciarpel did not yet indicate what ROBLOX should do to make this right.
