I have encountered issues with payments on ROBLOX recently. Despite intending to give my grandkids 80 ROBLOX daily, I have noticed multiple charges on my account for the same day. For instance, on September 5th, I expected a charge of $1.98, but the receipt reflects $3.96. Similarly, on August 31st, my bill was $5.94 when it should have been $1.96 for each child. On August 20th, an error led me to accidentally provide my grand-daughter with [redacted] ROBLOX and my grandson with 80, resulting in a charge of $12.91 instead of the expected $5.98. It seems there might be duplicate charges for a single transaction. Could you please refund my credit card ending in [redacted] for these overcharges? My Apple ID is August16$. Hello, I believe my daughter Indi Maclean's account has been compromised. Her username is IJMAC11, and we have attempted to reset the password, but we are unsure which email address is linked to the account. We have not received any password reset emails at either [redacted] or [redacted] Additionally, Indi recently changed her phone number to [redacted] from [redacted]. This change may be related to the hacking issue. Indi is upset as her birthday ROBUX vouchers and all her island progress are at risk. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the closure of the account (Username: Harmonic13) as my daughter (8 years old) is very sad she cannot play anymore, and I would like to understand what happened. I am waiting for a prompt response as my daughter doesn't understand why she can't play anymore (I must admit I don't either). When I log into her account, this message appears: Account deleted Our content moderators have determined that your behavior on Roblox has violated our terms of service. Reviewed: 9/9/[redacted] 8:09:50 AM (CT) Moderator note: Your account has been moderated because one or more of the charges on the account were reported as unauthorized or disputed by the billing account holder. Your account has been terminated. I don't understand: is it because I was refunded three times since the installation of the game because I didn't receive the Robux or they arrived much later after my purchase, which is why I asked for a refund. I don't think I abused asking for these three refunds as if you look, I made several purchases that amount to a certain sum. Also, if it's because of asking for 3 refunds, which in my opinion were justified, I would like to know and can reimburse the amounts if necessary? I go by the username KRUEL_KILL on Roblox. Recently, I received a 7-day ban for uploading a T-shirt named "JLM" (Jewish Lives Matter). Despite the non-offensive intent, Roblox deemed it offensive and issued the ban solely based on the title, not the content. I've tried reaching out to customer service to appeal the ban, but it seems they are overwhelmed with limited staff. The moderation actions on Roblox often appear swift, while the customer service knowledge of the platform seems lacking. I believe the ban should be lifted from the administrator panel. It's frustrating to see bans for a harmless T-shirt title while other potentially offensive content goes unnoticed. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I recently got scammed by a Roblox user named "MelonenEmpire." I am 10 years old and unfortunately fell for a trading scam where he took my "Crimson Evil Eye" and "Noob Attack - Frozen Crossbow," promising an "8-bit Viking" which turned out to be a fake item. To make matters worse, he started bullying us by calling us "poor little kids that are NOTHING!" and bragged about scamming others to get rich. I hope the platform can take action and ban him to prevent more people from getting scammed. It would mean a lot if my items, the Crimson Evil Eye, and Noob Attack - Frozen Crossbow, could be returned as he dishonestly obtained them from me. Thank you.

The past is an integral part of who we are, and Roblox holds dear memories of my childhood. I took a break for five years and cherished the memories in xXWhite_lion2006Xx or xXwhite_lion2006Xx. However, now it shows that this username is deemed inappropriate. I believe it may have been deleted or blocked as it no longer appears in the search, login, or sign-up bars. Perhaps the numbers have been censored. Roblox has always been reliable to me, so I kindly ask not to erase my cherished memories <3. Additionally, I have forgotten the email linked to that account.

We are trying to resolve an issue with a purchase of Roblox that was taken away last Saturday, amounting to $[redacted]. Today, they charged my son's account for technician support from 6ya, which we did not sign up for, thinking it was related to Roblox. The number provided by the gentleman is not answering calls. How do we get the money refunded to his card? He could not even confirm the amount taken. This situation is distressing. What started as addressing a mistake from Saturday led to additional charges for a service we did not authorize. We expected assistance with Roblox but ended up inadvertently subscribing to 6ya. We urgently need the funds returned to the credit card without delay.

In July, my former friend hacked my account and changed my password, making it inaccessible. The username was changed to "KieranIsASimp," leading to the permanent termination of my account. Even though no significant harm was done, I was devastated by the situation. When I asked for details, my ex-friend mentioned it was a permanent ban. I urged her to appeal through my email since I was unfamiliar with the process. Despite her unsuccessful attempt, my own appeal was instantly denied by Roblox support with a brief response. I provided evidence of her actions to no avail, as they are unresponsive to my inquiries about the inappropriate username. I recently received notice that my Roblox account was banned due to a violation of the platform's policies on discriminatory speech. I was taken aback by this action as I was not informed of the specific reason for the ban. The use of the word "gay" was made in jest and was not intended in a discriminatory manner. Moreover, my friend also used the term without consequence. Additionally, I found it unfair that while I was banned, another player who was using profanity towards me was not penalized. I believe in maintaining a safe gaming environment and have reported instances of harassment and doxing before. However, I continue to face such issues from the same individuals. I kindly request for my account to be reinstated and for the appropriate actions to be taken against those who actually pose a threat to the community. For the record, I identify as bisexual and am in a relationship with a woman, so I have no motive to discriminate based on sexual orientation. Hi, I previously reported this issue, but I want to ensure that appropriate action is being taken. There is an individual who has been harassing me by saying hurtful things and trying to frame me for actions I did not commit. I am concerned about my account being penalized. The user's name is awesomeme156, and he has repeatedly told me and my friend tatibae1 to harm ourselves. He has used derogatory language towards me, like calling me a "bis" instead of the actual offensive term. He has also spread false information about me trying to manipulate my friend's perception of me. His behavior includes calling me a "broken barbie" and making contradictory comments about my appearance. I am against cyberbullying and I urge you to address this matter promptly.

Hello, I wanted to address the issue with my hacked account. I noticed all my items were gone from the game when I woke up today. I understand you probably receive many false claims, but I have evidence like videos and screen recordings of my account with the items to prove my case. I am disappointed with the hacking incident and plan to add two-step verification to prevent this in the future. Interestingly, my other account with two-step verification also got hacked. Sadly, my four-year-old account was banned due to false reports from my friends, and I have messages proving their actions. I just wish to enjoy playing Roblox without these problems. The new account was special to me as I had invested time and money in it, only to have it compromised by a hacker. I seek assistance regarding this matter with the game "Adopt Me" and would appreciate any help. I have invested significant effort into these accounts over the years and value the gameplay experience.

My daughter uses the Roblox account Shamalama3478. She's 10 years old, and her name is Rachel K. She changed her password last Friday but can't remember it. Dear Community, I recently discovered that my daughter's robux went missing from her account. Concerned that she might have been hacked, my son and I investigated the issue. After a thorough review, I realized that the robux was spent on an advertisement. Given the complexity of the process, it seems unlikely that my daughter, due to her age and abilities, could have initiated it. I followed the steps of creating an ad as much as possible without proceeding with the payment, and it became clear that my daughter wouldn't have been able to complete it. Moreover, we couldn't locate the ad itself, and it hasn't been 24 hours since her last login. The whole scenario doesn't add up because she doesn't have a product to advertise, which is essential for the process to work. The ad seemingly used up the exact amount of robux she had. Hello, my daughter recently made purchases in Roblox/ "Adopt Me" totaling [redacted] euros. I initially entered my password for a purchase she wanted, but afterward, she was able to make multiple purchases without needing to re-enter the password or realizing they were in actual currency. I only became aware of this when reviewing my bank statement. After checking, I discovered the purchases listed in the email associated with the account. My daughter enjoys playing Roblox, but she has unfortunately faced issues with other users hacking her account without sharing her password. They accessed games like Adopt Me and Murder Mystery 2 to transfer all her items to themselves, leaving her very upset about losing her valuable pets. She has already changed her password, and we've advised her to only interact with close friends on Roblox and avoid trading with strangers. I recently sent an email regarding being scammed, but it seems the response didn't fully grasp my situation. On September 22, [redacted], I fell victim to a scam by a player named uncle_louchy. He promised me an upgrade worth around [redacted] Robux more than my items, but after the trade, I discovered the item he gave me was only worth 2k. I ended up giving him 4k Robux worth of items while he only gave me 2k. Being new to this, I was unaware of how these transactions worked, and his apparent wealth made him seem trustworthy. I have evidence of the trade and truly hope for assistance from Roblox support to recover my items, as they hold real monetary value for me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I wanted to report a player in the game Ehcelon Hotel for hacking. The player was using a no-clipping cheat, and when I confronted them, they denied it and even flew away when asked to prove it. I couldn't capture a screenshot of the flying part, but I have other screenshots showing the player hacking. I will share these with Roblox when I contact them. Although I don't know the hacker's name at the moment, I will check and provide it when I reach out to you. Thank you.

My daughter made an unauthorized purchase of around EUR [redacted] worth of Robux on September 19-20. She bought the Robux directly via the Roblox platform, not using an app store. We noticed the transaction the next day and I reached out to customer support on September 21. Our Roblox Customer Support Ticket number is [redacted]1. My daughter's username is BubblyPlays_Official and her email is [redacted] As of today, I have yet to receive a response and cannot check the ticket status.
