I believe he confused "delete" with "refund," leading to a mistaken purchase on 8/27 for $[redacted] for Being Changed. I have helped him grasp the difference and kindly request a refund for that transaction. Additionally, I suspect his account has been compromised as his Robux balance is now at 20, while he should have 90 (excluding recent purchases). My daughter cannot access her account as she is unable to reset the password. Despite several attempts to receive the reset email on my linked account and verification code on my phone, we are not receiving any communication. This problem happened before, and it took over a week for assistance. I vividly remember setting up a memorable password that is not working now. Requesting help at [redacted] to address this ongoing issue with resetting the password as no emails or links are being sent to my phone or email, which is linked to her Roblox account.

I have recently tried to upload an original horror character decal for my game on Roblox, named Poleeskelloe. Unfortunately, I was banned without a specific explanation of what was inappropriate. I find this unfair as I see other horror characters like Siren Head being allowed. I haven't agreed again to the terms because I'm unsure of what I violated. I request to be able to upload my horror character decals like Poleeskelloe as I aim to create a scary game with unique creatures. Hello ROBLOX team, I believe my Roblox account may have been compromised. Whenever I enter the correct password, it prompts me for verification. After completing it, a checkmark appears, but my password is still deemed incorrect. I suspect the issue lies with the captcha system. If developed in-house by ROBLOX, it could enhance user experience. Notably, a popular Roblox YouTuber, Konekokitten, highlighted similar login troubles in a video. Initially, I could access and play Tower of Hell seamlessly, but two days later, login became impossible. I trust the supportive mods and admins at ROBLOX to assist me. My username is MasterZach777.

I recently fell victim to a scam, losing a 70k RAP item and 100k in value. I reached out to support, provided the requested PNG images but haven't received a response. Desperate for help, I deleted the message. Urgently seeking assistance. If possible, please email me at [redacted] Requesting help from @RobloxSupport to resolve this issue promptly. My account, @ConsGunny, needs a rollback due to the stolen item. My inventory shows the stolen items, including horns and valk, with proof of the trade from the scammer account @iRobloxFanYea. Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had while playing "[REVAMP] 2 Player Superhero Tycoon." An option to buy "x2 Cash" popped up, and even though I selected No/Cancel, the purchase still went through, resulting in me losing 95 Robux. I understand that requests for free Robux are common, but in this case, it was a genuine mistake. My account, xPqstelx, currently reflects [redacted] Robux due to a donation from a friend. Hello, ROBLOX team, I wanted to share a concerning experience I had while trading in Adopt Me. I was scammed by a girl and her friends, losing many rare pets, a mega kangaroo, and around $12,[redacted] in real money that I spent on Robux for them. They then unfriended me and threatened to expose personal information on YouTube. I've included links to their profiles for reference. The situation upsets me as they continue to bully and manipulate me, claiming they are overpaying while taking advantage of my generosity and my dad's money. Despite their apologies and excuses, I'm left feeling taken advantage of after working hard to earn those pets and spending my money. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. After being away from Roblox for three years, I discovered that my account, which was one of many that were hacked during that time, has been terminated due to unauthorized billing. Despite never adding any credit cards or payment methods, only using Roblox gift cards from GameStop, I have been unable to recover my account. Multiple attempts to appeal the decision have been met with automated responses from customer support, overlooking the fact that my account was hacked and used for unauthorized purchases. Even with a real-life friend attempting to vouch for me, the outcome remains the same.

My friend is having trouble contacting you. A few days ago, she purchased $20 worth of robux and bought an expensive item from the catalog. However, when she checked her inventory to equip it, the item wasn't there even though it showed as purchased. After refreshing her device, the item and her remaining robux were still missing. She attempted to log out and back in, but couldn't access her account under the username "rosey_flower14." Concerned about a possible hack, she tried to change her password, but couldn't find the option. As a close friend, I tried logging in with her details, but was unsuccessful. She has invested $[redacted] in Roblox and has been a long-time player. Previous attempts to contact Roblox didn't resolve the issue. Her account doesn't appear to be deleted, but she can't log in. My account was previously hacked after clicking on a suspicious link resulting in all my Robux being stolen. Although I received a refund, I was hacked again yesterday because someone obtained my password from somewhere. Most of my Robux was spent. When I reached out to customer support for a refund, they stated it was a one-time refund, which is frustrating. I earned my Robux through hard work, and now it's all gone due to a hacker, and there seems to be no further action being taken. This situation is disappointing. I am desperate to have my Robux restored. Thank you.

I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges from Roblox on my card dating back to September 7, [redacted], totaling 12 charges. My 14-year-old daughter, DF, and 7-year-old daughter, AM, were using the platform, but both deny making any purchases beyond the approved $4.99 charge on August 31, [redacted]. I have security measures on both phones that require my fingerprint for purchases, so I am unsure how these charges occurred. As this card is linked to my unemployment funds temporarily, I would like the charges refunded and my card details removed from Roblox. Thank you.

Hello, my niece is a huge fan of your game, but I've noticed she's having a hard time due to scammers. This has made her lose enjoyment of the game. This morning, she was scammed by a player named 666narwhal when she traded an ice cream truck for an elephant. The other player hasn't given her the promised elephant. I'm shocked that a company would allow this behavior towards innocent kids. My niece doesn't deserve this treatment, and I hope the company can assist her or I may have to seek further action. My friend's username, "wowthetalkingbird," was hacked. I created this account for her when we first met. She informed me today about the hacking incident despite not changing her password since the account's creation. I tried to access her account, which I set up, but a code is now required.
