This issue prevents me from resetting my password, receiving 2FA codes, and verifying new accounts using this email address. After my cookies and site data were reset, I was logged out of my ROBLOX account. While I can successfully enter my username and password, I am unable to receive the 2FA code on the registered email, hindering me from accessing my account. Despite attempts to resend the code and checking all folders including junk and spam, adding [redacted] as a contact, and making numerous password reset attempts, I have been unsuccessful for the past 72 hours. To confirm the issue lies with "[redacted]" and not my account, I created a new ROBLOX account and requested email verification, but no emails arrived in my inbox. Despite double-checking the email address's accuracy and following advice from ROBLOX and Google support pages, no solutions have proven effective. **Resolution Requested:** Ideally, I am seeking ROBLOX's assistance to manually update the email associated with my account, enabling me to receive emails from [redacted] once more. Alternatively, I would appreciate if a 2FA code could be manually dispatched to my current registered email, overcoming the current blocking of emails from [redacted] I am prepared to share my username, password, account pin, registered email, or any necessary details to verify my ownership with ROBLOX should I contact them directly. Support Ticket [redacted]9 I am requesting to have my account reinstated due to the substantial investment I have made in it. I owned numerous items such as a Millionaire Mansion, Discosplosion Ball, Hotdog Stand, Hoverboard, and various other virtual items like VIP, Premium Plots, and Premium Faces. Regarding my pets, I had a Dragon Fly Ride, Griffin Fly Ride, Kangaroo Fly Ride, and multiple others including Bee, Cat, Dog, and more, many of them with special Fly Ride or Neon Fly Ride features. I have also regularly spent on in-game purchases and Overlook Bay. Kindly restore access to my account.

My daughter has been playing Roblox for over a year without any major issues. She played in Adopt Me yesterday morning and then stopped in the afternoon. When she tried to play again last night, she was prompted to log in or sign up. However, when she tried to log in with her usual username and password, it said they were incorrect. Despite trying again this morning and attempting to reset the password, she wasn't able to access her account. She's worried about losing her progress with her pets, money, and streak. Is there a way to resolve this without having to start over completely?

A few days ago, I reached out to my friends on my deleted or banned account, not sure what happened. One of them confessed to hacking my account to buy Robux without my knowledge. Unfortunately, my account was banned for disputed and unauthorized charges. Despite my efforts to reactivate it, the time zone issue prevented me from successfully restoring it. I am disheartened by this situation as I invested time and money into my Roblox account, where I had earned permission to purchase Robux. I urgently seek assistance from Roblox to regain access to my account and group. My hacked account is "14k_Lisa," and the hacker's username is "TrXxpPy_DrIp." I appeal to Roblox to not only restore my account promptly but also take appropriate action against the hacker. Your prompt resolution of this matter would be sincerely appreciated.

I'm having trouble accessing my account as I forgot my password and can't reset it without an email linked to it. I need to add my email to my Roblox account, but I forgot my password to do so. I used to be friends with a person named xZ_atic who scammed me by taking items I earned in the game. They also sent fake reports to Roblox by altering messages I supposedly sent. Additionally, they made real-life threats like "You will be executed." I got upset and left the game without taking screenshots. My Roblox account got suspended for having an insecure password, even though I had used the recommended one. When I tried to log in, I was directed to roblox.com/login/securitynotification. Despite numerous password change requests, logging in with my email was unsuccessful. I can no longer reset the password since my email and phone number are no longer linked to my account. This situation makes it impossible for me to access my account using my password, and even if I could, I would still end up at the Roblox security notification page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I need help with my account. It was originally named Thatoldchicken, but someone named Emmacrazycool hacked into it and changed my password. I believe it happened when I visited one of those "free robux websites," which was a mistake on my part. Regardless, being hacked was unacceptable. My username on ManiacalLily98, and I've had this account since [redacted], which is a total of 9 years. In all this time, I've never faced any issues until now. I recently contacted support regarding a problem with my account. Despite having my email verified, they claim there is no email linked to my account, which is incorrect. The issue began when I received a security notification prompting me to reset my password while logging in. I didn't request this reset and had no password problems. I attempted to reset my password using my verified email but received no reset email. Support's responses have not been helpful, stating they couldn't verify ownership based on my contact information. I feel frustrated after three such responses. I suggested they directly send me a password reset link or remove the security notification so I could regain access. This issue wasn't caused by anything I did. I've been loyal to ROBLOX for 9 years, and I hope for a compassionate resolution to help me access my account. I sincerely hope for a human response to assist me in resolving this problem.

Hello, I have become aware of numerous cases in which children are not behaving appropriately and breaking rules on Roblox. Recently, my child, using the username "TheRoiSpecies," had her account terminated. She is a 16-year-old who has dedicated years to that account, finding joy in the Roblox game Adopt Me. She shared the account with her younger cousin, who was discovered to be engaging in malicious actions like hacking others and creating a group called "Chunks of Meat." This situation has greatly affected my daughter, leaving her feeling very down. Recently, my former friend has hacked into my account and taken all my Robux, using them randomly. I have not checked all my games yet, except for Bloxburg, where they spent the Robux I had earned. I had about [redacted] Robux, and now I only have 14 left. I am certain it was her because she avoids the topic when I ask. She purchased items like the Cutesy Bear Hood that I know she likes. Dear Community, Today, I received two emails from PayPal stating that Roblox.com had charged my credit card twice for $19.90 each. I did not authorize these transactions as I have no account with Roblox.com, never ordered their service, and did not receive any confirmation email. I am unable to contact their support as I don't have a username on their website. I have no interest in their games and I'm baffled as to how they accessed my money and PayPal account without my consent. These unauthorized payments from Roblox.com were done without my approval, and I did not agree to any terms or make any purchases. I have reached out to PayPal and my bank for assistance, but I'm struggling to reach Roblox.com directly. I am frustrated about the presence of online daters in Roblox. Every time I play a game, I encounter people asking me to be their significant other. It's disturbing, and I expect action to be taken. I've tried reaching out for help, but the response I received was not satisfactory. I am becoming weary of this situation, and if it persists, I will have to leave a negative review. Although I enjoy playing Roblox, the issue of online daters needs to be addressed promptly. One suggestion is to enhance the reporting feature in the game to more effectively address these concerns.

Hello, I’m Andrew, a 19-year-old from Florida. I don't believe my account should have been banned. I shared my password with a friend so they could purchase builders club for me. Unfortunately, after an argument, my friend disputed the charges made to my account on their credit card. My account has had a substantial amount of money invested in it and I don’t think it should be banned due to a disagreement with a friend. I never engaged in any scams or malicious activities on this account. I apologize if I missed the 30-day window to address this issue; I wasn’t aware of that requirement. Please consider unbanning my account. You may remove the robux and limited items, but I hope the rest of my progress since [redacted] can be retained.
