My older sons used a family friend's credit card for a $5 monthly game subscription, which resulted in unexpected charges totaling $[redacted] due to excessive in-game purchases. The family friend's account is now overdrawn, and as a disabled person on a fixed income, she is in urgent need of help. I cannot afford to cover these charges, being on bed rest due to my pregnancy and financial constraints. I need assistance in recovering the money taken from her account. The irresponsible child involved, with ADHD and other mental health issues, made these purchases despite being advised against it. I have just sent an email to you but am unsure how to attach the pictures displaying the roughly 30 charges from tonight. All the transactions were processed through Apple. The phone number to reach me is [redacted]. The name related to the purchases is Cameron Eakin, with the username "rewtercas" in the game, and email address [redacted] Please, contact me at [redacted] The payment was made using a MasterCard ending in [redacted] under the name Cynthia Swihart with the billing zip code [redacted]. There are around 30 charges from Thursday, September 24th, between 9 pm to 11:12 pm. My account was overdrawn by nearly $[redacted] tonight, and I noticed unauthorized purchases from last month. I had $65 remaining to pay my electric bill, and now I am significantly overdrawn. Finances are tight with six kids and another on the way. I have been using the money for essentials and preparing for the colder months ahead. Today, while playing Roblox, everything seemed normal. However, after two hours, when I tried to play with a friend, I encountered an error. When I searched on Google for a solution, it suggested checking my Wi-Fi connection or disabling antivirus software. Suspecting an internet issue, I asked my cousin to log into my account to verify. Surprisingly, the account worked when she tried. Despite this, I still faced error [redacted] when attempting to join the game. As a troubleshooting step, I connected to my neighbor's Wi-Fi and managed to enter the game. I'm concerned about potentially losing access to my account and would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

I recently experienced a hack in Roblox Adopt Me. I believed the site was secure, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. This is a first-time occurrence for me or anyone I know. The items taken include my Ride Fly Llama, Neon Ride Fly Puma, Ride Australian Kelpie, Ride Fly Potions, and my Legendary Hoverboard. I have also acquired additional pets through trades that were unaffected. It would be greatly appreciated if the system could retrieve my hacked pets without adding anything new. In the event that the pets cannot be recovered, I would appreciate refunds for the Fly Ride Potions that were lost, which I purchased with my own money.

I am reaching out again as no one assisted me the last time. In July, my account was hacked by a former friend who changed the username to "KieranIsASimp," leading to its permanent deletion. Despite providing proof and screenshots to Roblox, they are unwilling to help because my friend already appealed through my email and was denied. Following my explanation to Roblox, there was initial hope of retrieving the account, but I received a subsequent email denying its restoration. Despite my efforts over the past 14 days, Roblox seems uncooperative. I urge them to temporarily ban the account rather than impose a permanent ban for a username issue. I have the account password, yet it still shows as deleted. I am dismayed by the lack of support, especially considering the apologies from my friend, who is remorseful and helping to rectify the situation. I simply wish to regain access to my account.

I am having trouble accessing my Roblox account as I believe it has been hacked. When I was playing, I suddenly got disconnected and received a message saying that another device was using my account, even though I was the only one using it. When I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect, even though I am certain I had it written down. I have valuable items in my "Adopt Me" game and I am very upset about this situation. I have been receiving warnings for creating shirts on Roblox. The issue is that they are not against the Terms of Service since they were initially accepted. However, after making adjustments and re-downloading them, I end up being banned. My recent shirt titled "hey" resulted in a 1-day ban, which I find confusing and unjustified. I am concerned about my account being terminated over creating a simple shirt that complies with the rules. I hope to receive some clarification on why this keeps happening. My ban on 9/28/[redacted] at 9:57:01 AM (CT) was alarming, citing "inappropriate" as the reason. Please help, my sister was using my Roblox account to play Adopt Me when she suddenly got logged out with a message saying the same account was being used on a different device, even though none of us were on it. We tried logging back in, but it kept showing a blue loading screen and redirecting her to the sign-in page. Her two-step verification was triggered, and she had many valuable items in the game. We can't find her username, "Canadian_Prxncessca," when searching. We are devastated as many others have faced similar issues on Roblox. Today, I didn't play Roblox but later I tried to log in and encountered an issue where it kept taking me to a random account. My cousin had the same problem but resolved it by contacting Roblox. He suggested that I reach out with my username. However, I forget my password. He mentioned that simply providing my Roblox username would help fix the problem. My daughter accidentally made unauthorized purchases on her Roblox account (ladyaryaedgar) using my credit card. I requested a refund through Google, but not all the charges were reimbursed, including one for USD$49. Subsequently, her account was suspended or terminated. I am requesting that her account be reinstated so she can regain access to the items she had earned. I have previously bought Robux for her, and she has used them to enhance her in-game character. It doesn't seem fair that she should lose access to items she acquired, particularly considering all the charges were not refunded. It also seems unjust that you are keeping the money and preventing her from accessing her account where the Robux likely remain. I have tried contacting Roblox support multiple times without success. The last attempt involved completing image verification for 30 minutes, yet the request still did not go through. This was an unintentional mistake, and I have since taken measures to prevent a recurrence. I am eager to have her account reinstated.

I want to share that the issue has been resolved, but I am frustrated with the process. I bought 2 Roblox gift cards for my grandkids to brighten their day. However, upon using it, my grandson struggled with the verification process, causing distress. Despite our attempts and contacting the store for help, we faced challenges. I question the need for verification when the card already has a unique number. Eventually, my son managed to succeed after numerous tries, but the ordeal was time-consuming. Finding the company's contact information itself was challenging. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase another Roblox gift card in the future.

On September 28, my account, Canadian_Princessca, was suspended for three days. I was informed that the suspension would be lifted by October 1, [redacted], yet my account remains banned. I was banned for refusing to engage in a scam while playing Adopt Me. I explicitly stated that I do not participate in trust trading, but still got banned. I have invested months of hard work into my account, which holds significant value to me. Losing my [redacted]-day login streak on Adopt Me has been disheartening. Being unable to access my account has also been affecting my mood negatively. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I was unjustly banned from Roblox for something I did not do. Roblox accused me of scamming, but I have never engaged in such behavior. In fact, I actually prevented someone from scamming me by refusing to participate in a trade I did not trust. I dedicated countless hours to my account, sacrificing sleep to improve my skills in the game. Now, all my hard-earned progress has been wiped out due to false accusations. I feel frustrated and disappointed by the lack of understanding and sympathy from Roblox.

My child recently bought [redacted] Robux to purchase an old-school animation that costs 80 Robux. However, after attempting to buy the item, a message indicated there were insufficient Robux. Upon review, her account displayed 0 Robux with a purchase of a "Dialled Begins" T-shirt valued at [redacted] Robux. Assuming it was an accidental purchase, I acquired another [redacted] Robux and tried to buy the animation, only to encounter the same issue. Strangely, the account balance showed [redacted] Robux and then instantly reset to 0 Robux. Subsequent checks revealed another purchase of the "Dialled Begins" T-shirt. It seems there may be a glitch or security breach occurring. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

A few months ago, I discovered that monthly payments were being withdrawn from my checking account. My son had mistakenly thought it was a one-time payment. When I called to report this, my son's account was locked for the dispute process. After it was unlocked, I set a new password for his account and gained access. However, my son later changed the password and forgot it. The email linked to his account is restricted to his school, preventing him from receiving external emails. I would like to reopen his account, switch the email to mine, and reset the password. The former password used was "RyanandEmma," and I can provide additional older passwords for verification purposes. My son values this account, where funds have been applied to enhance his character. Hello Roblox creators, I'm UnicornQueen_Roblox1. While playing Roblox, I searched for fashion games and clicked on Fashion Firenzys. I joined the server, but my screen didn't fully load. I switched to play Adopt Me, but then my screen froze. I exited Roblox, waited 2-3 minutes, returned, but it was still frozen. My friend had a similar issue, reinstalled Roblox, logged in, and got her account back. I tried the same, but it said incorrect username or password. After multiple attempts, I created a new account, but the issue persisted. Roblox is my favorite game, and I'm lost on what to do next. I adore Roblox, and my mom does too! Hello, I'm writing because the other day when I tried to log into my account, it asked me to do a verification test where I had to adjust a circle until the image looked correct. I completed this test five times in a row, getting them all right, but it still wouldn't let me log in. On the sixth try, I made a mistake, but then on the next three tries, I got it right each time. Although I haven't played Roblox in a while, I have come across new scamming techniques. The first time I was scammed, I was trying to trade multiple items of lesser value in exchange for an item of higher value, and I accidentally traded for a fake item which I then lost to another player. However, that is in the past now. Recently, I made a mistake that I deeply regret. I interacted with a player on Discord named H0AR, with the Discord tag caleb.#[redacted], who invited me to "test a sniper." Unfortunately, I suspected it might be a scam and waited for several hours without taking any action. I even created alternative accounts, but nothing happened as I expected. I have kept a record of our entire conversation and the items he scammed me of, along with previous transactions. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my items.
