My Roblox username is shadowlenny. Some weeks ago, my account was hacked. When I tried to log in, I was prompted to change my password, but I didn't receive any email to do so. I suspect that this issue might be related to an old email address that was compromised. In January, I updated my email from [redacted] to [redacted], but it seems like my account is still linked to the old email. I am unable to receive any password reset emails. I have submitted multiple support forms without success, only receiving automated responses. I am hoping to change my password and link my shadowlenny account to my current email. Is there a way to verify my ownership through contacting a moderator? I have screenshots and confirmation emails to support my claim. I can also provide evidence that I am the owner of the compromised email, [redacted] I am hopeful to resolve this issue soon.

I attempted to contact support after noticing my character's face was missing. The human verification repeatedly claims I am not quick enough, despite completing it in under 3 seconds. The system keeps giving me more verifications daily when I seek help. I never authorized any trade involving my face, but it shows a trade made on 6/24/20 for a different portrait. The original face's price has gone up, and it is limited edition. I aim to repurchase it but losing value adds frustration. I am upset about losing access to my face, and I maintain a secure password that I do not share or write down. If you check the logs, you'll see unauthorized access from another location. I had some trouble accessing my daughter's Roblox account. The Roblox customer service team helped reset the email, allowing her to regain access. After purchasing a $50 animal on eBay, it was stolen along with others shortly after. I have been emailing to resolve this issue and retrieve the lost items, but due to the hack, the account was locked by Roblox. Despite multiple attempts to regain access, I am repeatedly instructed to check the email address for a code that I am not receiving. When trying to log in, it prompts for phone number confirmation, not email. This has been ongoing for months, and I have email evidence of the original account setup process. This was the same method used to unlock the account initially. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

While playing "Tower of Hell," a user named im_Potato2005 offered me Robux. Unfortunately, my account, AAAniyahslayperiod, was compromised when I shared my password with them. They changed the password, and now I can't access my account. I'm devastated as I've had that account for a long time and had a lot of valuable items on it. I contacted them from another account, but they unfriended me. My friend and I are trying to recover the account but haven't had any luck. I'm reaching out here in hopes of getting some assistance. Roblox means a lot to me, and losing my account has been really upsetting. It would mean the world to me if I could get my account back. Thank you for creating such a fantastic game. The captcha challenge to redeem my gift card is incredibly difficult for an 11-year-old like me. It seems rigged as you have to click very quickly through ten challenges. The timer says one second, and then it tells me I ran out of time, which is frustrating. Please simplify the challenges to be more achievable, like the ones with stoplights. This experience is disappointing for many users like me and needs to be improved.

I believe my Roblox account was compromised, and I've invested my money into customizing my virtual avatar and games. Unfortunately, someone has taken over my account, and I'm unsure how to proceed as I don't have a backup. I am underage, so getting a job is not an option. My birthday is approaching in two weeks, and I would be grateful if I could regain access to my account by then. I can tell my account was hijacked because my avatar's appearance and features have changed, and the password was altered. I feel devastated as I had put a lot of effort into my progress. While playing Adopt Me, I mentioned in the chat that whoever buys the most lemonade from me can have my ride penguin. A couple of players bought some, and I decided the one who bought the most could have it. When someone only bought $10 worth, I encouraged them to buy more as the penguin means a lot to me. Suddenly, some players started using unfamiliar words like "report." I tried to clarify that I needed more lemonades purchased ($10 each) and showed them I wasn't trying to cheat them. Unfortunately, the chat censor was blocking most of what I was saying, mostly the numbers. The situation escalated, they became aggressive, and I eventually left. Today, when I tried to play Adopt Me, it says I don't have permission, which I assume is because I was reported by those players.

I am requesting the cancellation of two payments made accidentally by AnastasiaMav1308 with a Mastercard ending in [redacted]. These payments took place today at 3:30 p.m. for Greece. Unfortunately, there were insufficient funds on the card, so the transaction was unsuccessful, and I did not receive the purchased items. I would appreciate it if Roblox could cancel these payments promptly, or provide guidance on the necessary steps if cancellation is not feasible. Thank you for your swift assistance.

I would like ROBLOX to decline two payments that were made by the account AnastasiaMav1308 or Xgachacupcke24X using Mastercard ending in [redacted] with expiration 12/21 under the name Anastasia Mavragani. The payments were processed at 3:30 p.m. Greece time today. Due to insufficient funds on the card, I did not receive the Robux purchased and need the payments declined to avoid overdraft charges. If declining is not possible, please provide information on the next steps. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

My 8-year-old daughter persuaded me to buy a $50 Walmart gift card for her account. However, she's unable to redeem it as the program tries to use a different payment method. We've encountered numerous issues with the system. I'm unable to verify my email because she can't remember her password. Her account, IZZYMAEMOM1, faces difficulties. I've spent the entire weekend and $[redacted], listening to her cry over losing her dragons and items due to account recreation. Hoping the gift card would fix everything, I'm disappointed the $50 remains unused. Kindly refund the card so she can't use it. Email verification has been troublesome.

Every time I log in, the homepage briefly loads, then disappears and returns me to the login screen. This issue started when I attempted to log in without updating the app, then updated it. Despite trying to uninstall and reinstall the app, as well as logging in from another device – the problem persists. I even had a friend attempt to log in without success. Surprisingly, when I logged into my friend's account, it worked. However, when trying to view my profile, it states that the page cannot be found. I received no emails about being banned, and there's no notification upon logging in. I'm uncertain about the situation, especially since I have made purchases in Robux. If my account is indeed banned, can I please have a refund or transfer the Robux to a new account?

My son's account got hacked, leading to a loss of over 10,[redacted] points and special skins. Despite multiple emails and attempted password resets, we still can't regain access to his account. It's unfair for all his progress to be locked away. We're eager to reopen the original account so he can reclaim everything he worked hard for and purchased. I had an unfortunate experience while using TeamViewer. During a session, the person I was connected to took advantage of the situation and transferred my items without my consent to their alternate account. My account remained secure, and I was helpless as the trade occurred. Despite taking prompt action by shutting down my PC, the unauthorized trade still took place. The individual violated the rules, and I, as a long-time player who strictly follows the guidelines, did not initiate the trade. I believe I should have my items returned to me as I was not at fault in this instance. Given the financial investment I have made in the game, I am seeking assistance from a senior staff member to investigate and resolve this issue, especially since the other party's account has been terminated.

I purchased a £10 voucher on 29/7 to buy Robux for my daughter's Roblox account, moodyunicorntwin1066. However, after entering the pin, it showed that the money was already redeemed. I emailed about this issue (ticket [redacted]4) and was told the money is on an account under the name Abutler, which is not mine. I need assistance transferring this money to my daughter's account. I have been an avid Roblox player for approximately 8 years with intermittent breaks. Upon returning from my most recent break in December [redacted] to around March [redacted], I discovered that my account, under the username kaytar222, had been inexplicably locked. Despite various attempts, I have been unable to regain access. This account holds significant sentimental value to me, and I am eager to have this matter resolved. Hello, I go by the Roblox name GoGetDan10. I need assistance with a recent trade scam that occurred on the official Roblox Trade Hangout. Here are the details: A member named Blackfazos messaged me in the Trade Hangout offering to trade for my Super Super Happy Face valued at [redacted] Robux. I accepted their friend request and they initially offered a Spectral Egg of Red valued at [redacted] for my Super Super Happy Face. Before I could decline, they quickly changed the offer to include Fiery Horns of Nether and Roblox Madness Face valued at [redacted] and [redacted] Robux, respectively. I accepted this new offer, but upon checking my inventory, I realized I received the Spectral Egg of Red instead of the items I agreed to. The trade I accepted for the Fiery Horns of Nether and Roblox Madness Face was marked as rejected due to an error. Following this, Blackfazos unfriended me. I am requesting Roblox to restore my Super Super Happy Face through a one-time rollback.

I was playing a game and after exiting, I noticed all my Robux were missing. Confused, I refreshed the page to no avail - my balance was down to 0 from 7,101k. Upon checking my transactions, I discovered a user named Riopaxus siphoned off all my Robux for a purchase that was not legitimate. It turns out this user is involved in hacking and account theft, as indicated by their group's chat discussing their ban for such activities. I seek your assistance in recovering my 7,101k Robux and urge you to ban this individual's account to prevent further harm. Failure to retrieve my Robux may result in my inability to continue enjoying Roblox, which has upset my older sister. I await your prompt response via email.

Upon checking my transactions, I discovered that a user named Riopaxus had taken all my Robux without my knowledge. It seems like this user is involved in hacking and account theft, as reported by others in his group, kookie's gang. I urgently seek assistance to recover my *,***k Robux and have this person's account banned to prevent further incidents. It's crucial for Roblox to address hackers promptly to prevent such issues in the future.
