The perpetrator managed to obtain my three most prized possessions by trading them to another account named "dyjoromeky." I am reaching out for aid in recovering my lost items. To prevent such incidents in the future, I have already changed both my email address and passwords. I can confirm that I have not interacted with any suspicious links, and my security software is regularly updated to prevent unauthorized access. Good evening, I recently logged out of the app and now can't remember my password to log back in. I tried to recover it using both email and phone number but was unsuccessful. I can provide evidence of purchases made on the App Store to verify my account. My username on Roblox is aecheve9, and my Apple ID is [redacted] I'm unsure if I can access my account through my Apple ID alone since I don't have the password for it. I don't want to lose my account with all the progress and purchases I've made. Hello, I'm unsure if it's relevant, but my Roblox username is Billybob_Rebecca24. Recently, my account was compromised, and I'm seeking assistance. While playing Adopt Me, I encountered an error message stating that someone from the same account had joined the game, despite no other devices being logged in. I restarted my phone and found myself logged out. Since then, every attempt to log back in fails as it keeps reverting to the login screen. While playing Bloxburg, a friend adopted a child who later started causing trouble in the game by moving things around without permission and threatening to hack. Despite attempting to ask them to leave, the individual persisted with threats, leading to a situation where involving the police was considered. Seeking assurance that the user "moemoe_2011" has been addressed by Roblox to ensure safety and prevent further disruptions. Hoping for a resolution or confirmation of consequences for the problematic user.

My 10-year-old daughter has a Roblox account that we're trying to access on multiple computers. We're unable to remember the password saved on this computer, so we've attempted to reset it. However, despite trying all possible email and phone number combinations linked to the account, we still can't gain access. Recently, when I was trying to play Roblox with my friend, I got logged out of my account. Despite entering my password, I was repeatedly told it was incorrect. After trying the "forgot password" option, the reset link or code was never received. I watched numerous YouTube videos for solutions, but to no avail. I have reached out to Roblox support multiple times without any response. I'm uncertain if my account was hacked or if I am simply forgetting my password. Even though I believe I know my password, the system keeps rejecting it. Roblox, I received a care ticket from you, but I am unsure of its purpose. I feel left out when my friends play without me. There is a disturbing game on Roblox named Church of Decay. Despite seeming ordinary, it is far from it. Individuals in the group, including the Patriarch and HRs, are involved in inappropriate activities. Shockingly, one HR member was arrested for crimes related to children. Some HRs have gone as far as locating and taking pictures of players at their homes. Reports have surfaced of doxxing, hacking, and threats towards those trying to leave the group. It is crucial to address these concerns as they are impacting thousands of users. Considering the safety of over 125k individuals, the game or group may need to be removed to prevent further harm.

Hello Roblox team, I am reaching out because my son's account, RedOcean71491, has recently been compromised by a hacker. Unfortunately, all the animals and pets he had collected over the past few months, including red pandas, have been stolen. This incident has left him devastated, and the hacker has even changed the account password. I believe the oversight was not linking my email address to his Roblox account for added security. I am having trouble accessing my account as it seems to have been hacked. I tried to reset my password using my email, but it appears that the hacker may have changed the email associated with the account. Yesterday, I was able to reset the password, but the hacker added an account pin, preventing me from making any changes. I contacted support about this and was told that the issue was resolved, but the account pin was still there when I logged in. This morning, I tried to log in again, but the password I set the night before was not working. I cannot access my account to play the game I enjoy, and this situation is upsetting as I have invested money into it. In the email, I provided evidence of my ownership of the account "J_FSP" by listing various games I recently played on Roblox as well as mentioning receiving Robux from my boss at Code Rage Studio. Despite having witnesses, my account was inexplicably logged out after playing Mega Noob Simulator, and subsequent attempts to log in failed even though my password was correct. I faced numerous captchas for every action I tried to take, causing frustration. I have attached a link to a highlight from my Twitch stream showing when I was logged out. Last night, while trying to join a game, an error message popped up stating "Could not join game same account launched on different device." This is concerning because in the past, we reached out about my account being hacked. Thankfully, after implementing a pin and verification code sent to my dad's email, we were able to secure the account. However, last night, [redacted] robux went missing from my account, leaving me with only 18. I suspect unauthorized access due to the error message received. Today, when I signed in to play games, I noticed a decrease in my robux balance without recalling any purchases. After checking my transactions, I discovered a [redacted] robux shirt bought from a group named "asdasdsdasdsad." A group member named "newro2_xd" left a message on the group's wall, suggesting his involvement. The same shirt now costs only 28 robux, a recent change. Numerous other group members reported being hacked and losing robux on the group wall. I wanted to share this information with you in the hopes of preventing further incidents and potentially assisting those who were affected. Hello, I go by the username DeepFrostBite on the Roblox platform. Recently, I discovered a hacker who stole all of my limited items and found out that they are currently in his account. It seems that he used an alternate account to deceive me. I kindly request assistance in retrieving my items and blocking him from causing further harm. The limited items that were taken from me include the Valkyrie Helm, The Classic ROBLOX Fedora, Viscount Of Federation, Brighteyes Bloxy Cola Hat, and Stickmasterlukes Peanutbutter Sparkle Time Hair. During a game, this individual targeted everyone in the server, not just me but numerous others as well. The alt account used by the hacker led me to his main account, which unveiled a history of hacking incidents involving many people. His main account username is CrebeepoLober992, and he also possesses a premium membership. Furthermore, his alt account is registered under the name ForURMB. I kindly seek your assistance in recovering my items. If that is not feasible, I would appreciate receiving [redacted],[redacted] robux. Thank you.

I bought [redacted] Robux for my daughter's account on Saturday evening, July 18, [redacted], and it showed in her account that night. However, when she checked her account on Sunday morning, July 19, [redacted], the Robux was missing. Her transaction history indicates an [redacted] Robux purchase for an avatar shirt on July 19, which she insists she didn't make. Interestingly, the same shirt was allegedly bought for 12 Robux on July 13, [redacted], which she also denies. Both shirts seem to be designed by "Curlyplant" with different numbers. She couldn't have made the purchase on the 19th as the Robux were already gone when she logged in that morning. I suspect foul play. I kindly request the [redacted] Robux be refunded to her account given these discrepancies.

I have been charged for multiple "games" on my credit card that I did not order. I am an 80-year-old lady and have never played a computer game. I do not recognize these charges and believe my credit card has been hacked. I want to stop all these charges and have a bill from 6/22/[redacted] to 7/09/[redacted] with 25 unauthorized charges. Additionally, there are charges for foreign transaction fees that are not mine. I have never ordered anything from Roblox, and I do not have an account with your company. Please remove all these unauthorized charges from my credit card account.

While browsing one of my group walls, I clicked on a link that caused me to get frustrated when it wouldn't accept my password. After creating a new password, I was logged out of Roblox. Despite multiple attempts to log back in and reset my password, I encountered issues receiving the reset information on my phone and Gmail. My username is FAM_ACCOUNT22.

Dear Roblox Team, I am Andriy, a 13-year-old from Ukraine, who has enjoyed playing your game for years. Roblox is my favorite game, and it has inspired me to start developing my own game. However, I encountered an issue with unmoderated models in the Toolbox that redirected me to other games involuntarily. Unfortunately, this problem affected my classmate too, causing him to abandon game creation. The main issue lies in being redirected to games like “Escape Piggy Granny Piggy Bakon Escape Escape Pig” and “Escape Construction Obby Escape Obby Escape Obby” by “game play station” group with low ratings. Another game called “Soviet Border Exhibition” by Vladrominoff is affiliated with the same group. I kindly request your assistance in removing these games from Roblox due to their unoriginal content and redirecting nature. This issue impacts not only me but also [redacted],[redacted] other players. I am eagerly awaiting your response and will provide a list of models from my map to help address this matter.
