I have been playing Roblox since [redacted], but I encountered an issue with my account. I used to change my password frequently due to concerns about my friend or brother knowing it. Unfortunately, I changed it so often that I forgot the password and now can't log in. I tried to update my email address when I got a new phone, but to do so, it requires my forgotten password. Even if there was a phone number linked to it, adding my current number requests the password I can't recall. I used to be logged in on my iPad, but after contacting Roblox about the situation, it seems I got logged out, and now I've lost access to my account. I hope there might be an alternative way to recover it, as I invested a substantial amount of money in that account, particularly in Bloxburg. Starting anew means losing purchased items, and I feel hesitant about losing touch with my friends on the platform.

I had a concerning experience while playing a game online with my brother and friend from school. Suddenly, a message popped up on my screen stating that "someone has launched into this account." I frantically checked all my devices for any unusual activity, but everything seemed fine. Hello, I recently set up an account for my son (xzxzx34z), which he has been using without any issues. Sadly, on 6/20/20 around 7:45pm EST, a user named redeyeking11 asked for his password in exchange for Robux. Unfortunately, my son fell for this scam, and now his account has been hijacked with the password changed. I am unsure if I had set up email or phone/2-factor authentication or if the scammer changed the email associated with the account. I can provide details of incoming Robux purchases from the last few months and any other necessary information to prove ownership of the account. Please refrain from accepting any email change requests. I unfortunately fell victim to a scam. I was selling a rare item for 28,[redacted] Robux and not cash. The scammer insisted on a trade - a $[redacted] Robux gift card for my account and the item. Do not accept any email change from [redacted], as I have evidence of their deceitful actions and their Discord information. This scammer's scheme involves buying premium on the account, making trades, and then blocking the user. They then contact Roblox staff to reclaim the account as their own. My account, formula_fan12, has suffered from this scam. Another account, ethen67547, lost a valuable item named red rawr. The culprit seems to be TEMPERX11, who I believe was banned. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve my account due to issues with my Xbox account and other Gmail credentials. Please take action to address this issue. Thank you.

On June 19, [redacted], I purchased Robux that I had been saving to use in a game I was excited about. However, on June 21st, I noticed that all my Robux was gone. When checking my transaction history, it indicated that the specific amount of Robux was used to purchase an item that didn't even cost the same amount (I had [redacted] Robux, and the item was [redacted] Robux). I am not concerned about who took it; I just want my Robux restored. I spent $10 on it, and I would like to have it back. Please, restore my Robux.

My account was hacked by someone my friend knows. Despite changing my password, they managed to gain access to my account multiple times. Now, I have enhanced my security measures and believe the hacker might have changed the recovery email to theirs. I contacted Roblox immediately after each incident, but the hacker still got back in. The frequent breaches have left me feeling scared and insecure. I hope Roblox can provide better security measures and support. My daughter's Roblox account, Sienna, was hacked on 11/12 June 20. Sienna noticed that most of her pets were missing when she logged in on Friday, June 12. I reached out to Roblox customer service on the same day. I received a response on June 15, requesting a screenshot of the transaction page showing her pets being traded by the hacker for replacement. Unfortunately, the transactions after June 6 had been deleted from the page. I informed Roblox about this issue and inquired about retrieving the deleted trades. Despite several emails, there was no clear solution provided. I was asked to provide a price list of the stolen items, which seemed impossible as some of the pets, like the neon unicorn, are not available for purchase. I emphasized that we only wanted the pets back, not the money, as my daughter, who uses Roblox daily and is disabled, was very upset. However, Roblox stated they could not help further. The lack of assistance from Roblox has left us frustrated. Any suggestions on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.

My younger brother was playing Roblox when he suddenly got logged out. Our parents have invested a lot of money into that account as it has premium features and numerous items. The username associated with the account is "azlyncruz11". It would be greatly appreciated if you could reset the password promptly. He has put in a lot of effort to earn valuable items and progress in the games. I attempted to communicate with the hacker, who claimed to be 27 years old with no social media presence. Hello, my account was hacked and taken over. The hacker changed my email and password, but my phone number is still associated with the account. Yesterday, he briefly gave me his password out of sympathy, but then changed it again. When I tried to replace his email with mine, it required an account pin that he likely set up. Currently, I have no access to my account. I encountered the hacker while playing "Strucid" on Roblox, and he confessed to stealing the account on Discord. Despite receiving no notifications on my Gmail, I believed I would be alerted if changes were made to the account. I have saved our conversation as evidence. I am hoping Roblox can assist me in removing his control and granting me access to my account, as it holds sentimental value to me.

Last night at 9:30 p.m, I purchased 1,[redacted] robux (totaling 1,[redacted] robux). Three hours later, at 12:30 a.m, I attempted to change my username and was informed that I needed 1,[redacted] robux to do so. To my surprise, all my robux were gone. Upon checking My Transactions, I found a group named 'Starlight Studios' with 0 members. The shirt I supposedly bought actually cost 10 robux, not 1,[redacted], and I did not make that purchase. This group was created just 30 minutes before I tried to change my name at 12:05 a.m. Oddly, I found that it was favorited without my doing, and when I unfavorite it, the page keeps refavoriting it. I am not currently running any VIP servers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Upon waking up this morning, I discovered that my Roblox account, Coralineytchannel, was logged out on my iPad. I am experiencing issues with my accounts due to unauthorized transactions. I want to clarify that I authorized $12.00 in transactions on June 6 and 7, but I was charged almost $70.00.
