Recently, my daughter had an issue accessing her account on Roblox due to a bug, but a worker named Nancy advised us to reset the password. We followed the steps, but did not receive the email to reset the password. I suspect the email is not linked to the account. My email is the same as the one used for my children's accounts: LuvShoota and finnthegenerespro. You can reach me at [redacted] for verification. After changing her account name to Caterine2k20, the issue persists with multiple fake accounts using abusive language. Despite reporting to Roblox, no action has been taken. I urge for a thorough investigation to identify and ban the culprit responsible for these distressing actions. It is crucial to protect children from cyberbullying, as it is taking a toll on my child's well-being. The situation must be addressed promptly, or I will consider legal measures to ensure a safe online environment for all users.

About 2-3 months ago, I attempted to log in to my Roblox account but encountered issues with incorrect passwords despite verifying them in my notes. Unfortunately, after numerous failed attempts, I lost access to my Adopt Me pets, MeepCity items, and more. Following this incident, I created a new account due to the loss of in-game progress and connections, like my friend Kalie, who also experienced a hack. Now, after some time has passed, I am trying to address this situation and regain access to my original account under the usernames sssniperwolf17167 and fries_chickenUwU with passwords "ilovesiren."

I was deceived by an account named AndrewJason50 on Roblox, concerning a neon shadow dragon and a flyable, rideable parrot in Adopt Me during the pirate update. I am deeply disappointed that scams are possible on Roblox. I would like my neon turtle, neon shadow, and flyable, rideable parrot - with the exception of the neon turtle - to be restored. It's disheartening as a parent to see my child upset; his username is TheNate423. We have invested money in getting these pets for trading purposes, and not retrieving them would be distressing. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my younger brother's Roblox account. The username used for login is "Raim12436", and the password was saved in the browser but was lost after a recent computer reset. I encountered an issue with the new update on Royal High. My friend, initials "B.T.", and I wanted to set a profile picture together. We went to the "buddies" section in Royal High poses and took some pictures, which I edited. It's essential to mention that my friend is asexual and aromatic, and we are both young and not interested in dating since we attend the same school. The next day, I tried to upload the photos and received a message stating that my behavior violated Roblox's Terms of Service due to dating and shipping images not being allowed. The report mentioned a user named "Datarose" with the OC name "Sailor Mouse," which confused me. I kindly request that the warning be lifted. My username is "picakitty22."

I trusted a long-time friend with my password on Roblox, but she ended up hacking my account. She changed the email, password, and spent a lot of my Robux. I've contacted Roblox but haven't received a response yet. I want my account back, with the email changed back to mine, password reset to the original, and her removed from the account. She already removed my friends, left groups, and spent most of my Robux. This incident happened yesterday, June 15, the same day I received my Roblox Premium paycheck. It's been a day, and I'm still waiting to hear back from Roblox.

Today, my sister swan_song375 was hacked by users lilpeepjr109 and ninjapady, whom she suspects because they were both continuously present in her house until she regained access to her account. Although nothing was taken, she was worried as they closely followed her after she acquired a neon legendary pet in the game Adopt Me. ninjapady abruptly left the game right after my sister reclaimed her account, and the two suspects appear to be friends, currently playing together. lilpeepjr109 joined Roblox on May 23rd, [redacted], while ninjapady joined two days later on May 25th, [redacted], with Adopt Me listed as their favorite game. While not confirmed, due to the suspicious behavior and circumstances, we suspect lilpeepjr109 and ninjapady are responsible for the hacking incident.

My 10-year-old daughter, Lola, who has special needs, was threatened by a Roblox user in the "Adopt Me" game. The user threatened a permanent ban unless she gave them her 3 Legendary animals, which are her only companions in the game due to her challenges with peer relationships. Unfortunately, she gave in to the demand, and the user disappeared with her friends. Today, around 5:47 AM EST, I received an email informing me that 2-Step Verification had been deactivated for my account. Upon attempting to log in, I discovered that my password was not working, and I realized that my account was no longer linked to my Gmail. After identifying the individual responsible for this, they demanded payment to return my account, threatening to lock it and have the group terminated if I did not comply within three days. Hello ROBLOX team, back in [redacted], at the age of 9, I created a game that inadvertently infringed on copyrights. The game featured a mix of Sonic (property of SEGA) and Pikachu (property of Nintendo) and unfortunately contained problematic free models with viruses that damaged the game. At that time, being new to ROBLOX with only a year of experience and lacking coding skills, I had no intention to violate copyrights nor fully understood the consequences. Recently, after 3 years, I received a warning about owning copyrighted material. This warning indicated the risk of temporary or permanent account suspension if I accumulate more. I am confused about the issue with Roblox. I have already filed a complaint with the police in my country for a scam involving a charge of 62.95 euros. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or refund. I will continue to provide these email exchanges to the authorities. I have also lodged a complaint with the OCU. Since I cannot reach you by phone and the online form is ineffective, please contact me promptly to clarify the situation and process a refund. There is an individual by the name of Stxrryxox who has been engaging in bullying and harassing behavior towards us. Recently, my friend was unfairly reported by this person, resulting in a warning being issued. Despite my friend's innocence, we fear that further false reports could lead to them being banned from the platform. Stxrryxox operates multiple accounts, including Mxngoii, solarskiis, HiItsMeVeda, Cherryplumlol StxrryYT, XxsniperwolfXx156, and mooncxildd, with possibly more aliases. This individual continuously follows and harasses us, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment with vulgar language and invasive inquiries. These actions have left my friends and me feeling distressed and anxious while trying to enjoy a game meant for children. We urge for appropriate measures to be taken to address this ongoing issue.

A user under the name unicornttytt promised to add Robux to my account, so I shared my password with her. Now, she has hacked into my account (byirena1) and has taken control by changing all the information to hers. My friends have tried to help, but she won't return it. She even pretends to be me on her account. I've informed my strict parents, who are threatening to ban me from everything if I don't recover my account by tomorrow. I received an email notifying me of the password change at 2:33 a.m., which I only saw when I woke up in the morning. The email suggests that the hacker may be from the USA, based on the phone number beginning with a US area code when I tried to reset the password. This breach is distressing because I have made purchases using this account (username: eveod8). Please assist me promptly in resolving this concerning matter. :(
