While playing Roblox with my account gabs8404, after finishing a game of Adopt Me, I got logged off. Unfortunately, my saved password was not working, and the recovery email option didn't help either. I tried to seek assistance but to no avail, even though I provided Roblox invoices as proof of purchase and other account details. I create TikToks featuring my gaming content on this account, Gabs8404, and have friends who can vouch for me. I'm eager to recover my account with all the purchased items and Robux, or if not possible, I'd like a refund. My account history includes purchase dates, sellers, amounts, and order IDs. I've been trying to gather as much evidence as I can to prove ownership. It's crucial to me to regain access to my account, which I've had since [redacted], as it holds sentimental value and in-game achievements. I also want to secure it by resetting the password and adding my phone number for extra security measures. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Roblox account, vChlloee. My password was changed at 3:50 AM, and my email was changed at 4:08 AM today. The new email added to my account is unfamiliar to me, making it difficult for me to reset my password. I've attempted to recover my account using my previous emails, [redacted] and [redacted], without success. Hello, I recently switched phones and logged out of my old one. When I tried to log back into Roblox on the new phone, it prompted me to sign in and my password wasn't working. The issue is I didn't link my email or phone number, so it's not accepting my password. I would like to recover my account just for the game Adopt Me as I had many stars there. Hello, I wanted to share a concerning experience my daughter had while playing Adopt Me. While showcasing her legendary pet, a player asked to see it in the trade square. However, my daughter accidentally deleted the unicorn and declined the trade request. Subsequently, she realized her unicorn was missing. Given her past experience with being hacked and losing her entire account, this situation has upset her greatly. The Neon unicorn took her three months to acquire, adding to her distress. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a way to retrieve the unicorn. Her account username is amenaPug. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Roblox Owners, I wanted to bring to your attention that my best friend on Roblox, with the username JacksonDohertyYT, has been hacked. He informed me through Discord that he is struggling to regain access to his account even after reaching out to Roblox via email. Someone has wrongfully accessed my account named "niyabearqeen" and changed my Gmail to [redacted] My original email was [redacted], and my password was changed. Please reset my password to [redacted]0 and revert my email back to [redacted] I kindly request to regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance, Team Roblox! I'm unsure of the chain of events that led to my accounts being compromised. One of the accounts, EmmaliGrace10, appears to have been hacked. I suspect it occurred overnight since I am an avid Roblox player and noticed the issue in the morning. When I attempted to log in, the password was deemed incorrect. All devices where I had the account logged in also experienced the same problem. The other account, CoolBeansEmmali, appears to have faced a similar issue. I am puzzled by what transpired and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

My Roblox Username is Moliiy. Recently, I encountered an issue where I was logged out of my account unexpectedly. Upon logging back in, I discovered that my Robux were missing. I promptly changed my password and everything seemed fine for a few days. However, today I was logged out again and now I'm unable to access my account. I had $80 worth of Robux in that account, and I'm quite upset about this situation. I'm unsure how else to prove my identity, but my recent passwords were mikayla211 and bunnie69. My son set up an account last year, but we're unsure if he used the correct email or phone number. All the purchases were done through my wife's Apple ID. We're upgrading his Apple iPad and need his password to transfer his ID to the new device, but we don't have it. His current ID on the iPad is "bharatmony." I was in the middle of playing Roblox when I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and now I'm unable to log back in. I've attempted to reset my password using both my phone number and email, but nothing has been successful. I had acquired a total of [redacted] robucks, of which [redacted] were purchased for £4.99, and I also bought the "Welcome to Bloxburg" game for around £4. I suspect my account may have been hacked. My priority is to regain access to my account along with all my previous purchases, and if that's not possible, I would like to request refunds. Thank you.

My son's account keeps getting hacked. He's made new ones, only to have them hacked again. I wasn't aware he kept making new profiles, but each has private servers. I need help in canceling the other accounts. Should I cancel my card? The VIP servers deduct from the account monthly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Matt

I reached out via Instagram previously regarding this issue. Recently, a friend of mine was hacked, and upon confronting the hacker in-game, they identified themselves as "Addison," using my friend's role-play name. Despite claiming ownership, I reminded them that the account belonged to my friend, who never shared her password. The hacker mentioned receiving the account from someone else. This incident has left my friend distraught, especially due to the loss of valuable robux on the account. The hacker then removed me as a friend. This is not a prank as my friend showed me her screen via FaceTime. The affected account is charazard6041. For further communication, my email is listed below.

I have a Roblox account with the username glamgirl174. I wish to change my username despite being aware of the 1k Robux fine. However, I noticed that my old username is still associated with the account, allowing people to search for me using it. This concerns me as there is a persistent person joining my game, even after I have blocked them, by creating new accounts. I want to prevent them from viewing my profile. Additionally, my current username implies a specific gender. Is there a way to separate my old username from my account or at least make it invisible to others? I possess numerous items and Robux on this account that I wish to keep. I am prepared to pay the 1k Robux penalty; I simply desire my previous username not to be displayed on my profile page.

My Roblox account, -KillerfoxyXP11-, was recently locked due to me incorrectly changing my in-game age to under 13. When I reached out to Roblox support, a robot asked for verification. Unfortunately, during that time, my email became unverified, leading to my account being locked. Despite informing the bot I no longer needed assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I've attempted to seek help multiple times, but automated responses persist. I possess evidence linking my email to the Roblox account and seek a resolution by unlocking my account and verifying the email [redacted] to it.

On June 10th, I bought the Silver King of the Night. Afterwards, I got a message from a user named prepp903. They requested I add their cord due to my RAP increase. When I couldn't screen share, they guided me through the 2SV method. I sent screenshots as requested, but then they mentioned an off-site deal, which confused me. Shortly after, I was removed from Cord. Later, I messaged them on ROBLOX but got a notification of a trade with someone I didn't know, resulting in my Silver King being exchanged for a Cataclysmic Egg. I'm unsure if this is related to the Cord verification, as I didn't trade or receive Robux to obtain the Silver King. Hoping for a resolution to regain my limited item. Thank you.

About a week ago, my sister clicked on a link through the ROBLOX messages and got scammed, resulting in her account being hacked and her limited Valkyrie stolen. We reached out to roblox support, and after waiting for 10 days, they deleted her account as the hacker traded the stolen limited for a poisoned one. Shortly after, I discovered that my account, OmegonKaddin, on my PC was logged out with the password changed. I tried to reset the password multiple times but didn't receive any emails. I also noticed that the 2FA on my account was disabled without my knowledge. While I received an email about the 2FA being turned off, I didn't get any for the password reset. Now, I'm unsure what steps to take as both my sister and I had valuable limited items on our accounts that I don't want to lose.

I am facing an issue with Roblox. Today at 4:10 AM in my timezone, I had attempted to contact Roblox last Friday, but for the following 6 days, I have been experiencing being randomly logged out, changes in my password inexplicably, and my 2-Step authentication being disabled. I am concerned why this is happening as I have evidence that I can access my Roblox account, which belongs to me and not to Roblox. To the Roblox moderators, my username is: sound. I would appreciate it if Roblox could consider better solutions, like restoring access to people's old accounts. I'm a Spanish speaker relying on a translator. Whenever I visit the main page of Roblox, or at least the one I usually go to, I encounter some issues with things appearing on the sides. I'll try to send an image for clarification, but if I can't, I'll describe it instead. Here's what I see: the Avatar Shop, Create, Robux, various search options, Settings, Help, Sign Out, Buy Robux, games, and categories like Players, Catalog, Groups, and Library. Additionally, there are sections for starting, profiles, messages, friends, inventory, exchanging items, groups, news, blogs, the official store, gift cards, Premium access, and events. Hopefully, this helps in understanding my problem.

One day, I made the mistake of changing my password to something funny on my ROBLOX account, only to forget it later on. Concerned about the security of my account, I wanted to link my email to it, but realized I needed my password to do so. Despite various attempts to recover my password using old passwords, email, and phone number, I have been unsuccessful. It has been a few months since this occurred, and I had hoped to remember my password soon, but unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet.
